Analysis of Sensitization to Molecular Components Determined by the Multiplex System Immunocap ISAC in Patients with Atopic Dermatitis

Background: Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with acute exacerbations and characteristic clinical manifestations. The diagnosis of AD is based on the medical history, evaluation of clinical condition, supplemented by skin or exposure tests. An integral part is also the examination of specific IgE antibodies against extract allergen or single molecular component. Biochip multiplexing techniques have recently been used for respiratory forms of allergic inflammation and when food allergy is suspected. However, these analyses could find application in the diagnosis of cutaneous manifestations of allergic inflammation, such as AD. The aim of this work was to more acurately identify the source of food and inhalant allergy in patients with AD. We evaluated sensitization profiles in patients with mild, moderate, and severe forms of AD and in a subset of patients with AD complicated by bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis. We also addressed the sensitization to molecular components in the context of food allergy in patients with AD. Methods: Blood serum samples were taken from adult patients with AD. Levels of specific IgE antibodies were determined by the ImmunoCAP ISAC multiplex system. The dissertation thesis summarises already published results of our scientific team....

Opportunities and conditions of use of social networks to increase competitiveness

The diploma thesis is focused on the social networking sites in terms of their use for increasing the competitiveness of companies. The first part deals with a theoretical introduction to social networks where the basic concepts are defined and then characterized by major networks globally. Each social network is analyzed both in terms of the structure of its users, and are listed as individual options, which provides for promotion within their system - they are mentioned both paid and unpaid opportunities. At the end of this section are described the general possibilities of using social networking for business - ways to measure the impact of these activities, risks and requirements of their operation within the company. The second part is a practical solution to use social networks to support the selected e-commerce business. The introduction provides basic parameters of the e-shop is defined by the competitive environment. The analysis carried out various solutions to various social networks. It is designed and implemented their own social network to the target audience the company. The practical part ends with a final report including recommendations for further progress in the use of social networks. The main contribution of the paper is to present a detailed analysis of selected enterprise communication on social networks, including putting all the relevant data from which the conclusion can be drawn in specific recommendations to further enhance competitiveness.
Use Of Social Networks For Competitive Intelligence In Organization

This thesis serves as Competitive Intelligence in social networks study for 1.A&B a.s. marketing and advertising company. Thesis is devided ito four parts. First part introduces social network as today's phenomenon, presenting it's definiton, basic characteristics and short introduction to Czech and foreign social networks history. It also compares developement trends and user numbers. Second part is focused on defining the competitive environment of 1.A&B company, identifying its competitors on social networks, presenting their basic information. Social networks chosen for competitive intelligence work are selected using Czech internet popullation impact index. Third part is focused on gathering and then analysing introduced competitors' profiles on social networks using automated tools such as Facebook Graph API or commercial one - Social Bakers online tools. In final part, all gathered and analyzed data are evaluated and reccomendations for 1.A&B company are given.
Fraudulent behaviour detection - process design

The thesis focus on fraud management - the detection of fraudulent behavior. In the first part current market situation in finance, telecommunications and healthcare is mapped. Following section contains the review of methods used for data mining which is closely related to detection of fradulent or non-standard behaviour. Part of the thesis is focused on the fraudulent behaviour detection in the procurement area. The whole cycle of deployment and use of the tool for detection is introduced. It covers data collection, identification of suspected cases, outcomes analysis and recommendations how to prevent from fraud.
Signal monitoring of suppliers'/customers' behaviour

The diploma thesis contains knowledge in relatively young information industry branch -- signal monitoring. After reading through this document the reader gains understanding of the essence of signal monitoring, what it is useful for, how it is represented and what the vision of the future related with signal monitoring is. Main part of the thesis is dedicated to the products conveying signal monitoring theory into praxis, their functionality description and the specific software extended functions suggestion. Design of signal monitoring domains connected with particular company is also included.
Analysis of ability to compete between printed and electronic media

This thesis deals with currently discussed question of survivance of printed media in position of being drawed by new media, mainly by internet. Trend appearing in advanced countries is falling reading, sale and advertising. That cause increasing problems of their publishers. Thesis responds the question whether the internet is the culprit or the financial crisis is. These are the most appointed causes. Thesis firstly acquaints the reader with present situation on the market of printed and electronic publications. Then is looking at appointed area with SLEPTE analysis used in strategic management. Finally complement problems with situation abroad and compile analysis of customer expectations. That is form by questionnaire inquiry and by interview with branch specialist. Technological factors of SLEPTE analysis is compile minutely like the answer for secondary aim of thesis. That is try to fully collect different publication forms of reporting the content through the internet. In reality, set all possible ways how publishers offer their content to customers.
