Motivation programme for teachers in a language school

This thesis is focused on the area of motivation programmes based on different motivation theories. In the first part I try to define the concept of motivation, explain the related concepts and I also mention the division of motivation. I consider the division of motivational and demotivational (Herzberg motivation theory) factors particularly important. The next part is based on these factors. It describes motivation programmes in areas of remuneration and appreciation, job enrichment, employee involvement and participation, employee education and development and reducing demotivation. For all programmes I try to find their theoretical sources and positive and negative sides. In the second part I create a specific frame of a motivation programme concurring to the theoretical part. I think about which types of programmes in which form can be used in the specific environment of a language school. The programme is designed for teachers. The contribution of this thesis should be especially the summary of different areas of motivation programmes and their theoretical basis.
Scheme of further education in the company GEFCO Czech Republic

This thesis is dedicated to the training and education of employees in the logistic company Gefco. The employee training in Gefco takes currently place only occasionally and unsystematically and this thesis puts forward a concept of a training system how it could look like and work in the future 6 with all different actions which are needed to be taken for the system to work properly. This theme is elaborated on the basis of technical literature in the area of theory and on the basis of own experience in the area of praxis. Training in Gefco is divided into four basic areas - general training and development, management training, language training and health and safety training together with related courses; out of these four the most voluminous part of the thesis is dedicated to the area of general training and development. The training system itself is divided into following stages - identification of training needs, scheduling of the training, realization of the training and training evaluation. Within each training area all of these stages are analyzed and it is put forward which procedures should be put into practice and what is needed to be changed and improved in order for the training in Gefco to become an effectively working system. The main point of the thesis is an employee recruitment and his external assurance. The thesis is aimed at the process of recruitment in system of personal activitites and implies a human resources management as a new concept of personal labour. The matter of employment is represented by description of individual personalistic activities, that precede and follow the process of employee recruitment. The entire employee recruitment process is divided into several steps, which can be used as an instruction manual of employee selection procedure. Attention is paid to a method of recruiting employees through internet, which is demonstrated by describing activities of the leading European erecruitment company and it's job portals. Another importat section is aimed to an outsourcing of employee recruitment. There are listed advantages and disadvantages of a personal consultancy and specifications of the outsourcing. Complete process of recruitment of employees in the Agency H. is included as an example of outsourcing. Therefore the thesis includes work experiences and also represents a general view of labour recruitment.
Recruitment and stabilization of personnel in the company AS Media s.r.o.

The main topic of the thesis deals with recruitment and stabilization of Personnel in the company AS Media s.r.o, selection, admission and adaptation of staff members, their motivation and significance of the care devoted to them. The theses describe theoretical bases and use them for assessment of practical experiences gained in the company AS Media s.r.o. When recruiting new staff members, a great emphasis is put on significance of all labor resources and importance of seeking new opportunities. The section dealing with methods of acquiring new staff members describes the present and new trends in recruitment, such as the internet, and includes their possible use in this area. The thesis assesses that the area of recruitment and selection of staff members in the company AS Media s.r.o. fulfills all necessary requirements, with the only possible reserve on foreign markets and in the area of additional resources. The significance of appropriate selection of staff members, suitable selection methods, admission proceedings and adaptation of staff members, these are all emphasized in regard of stabilization of the staff members and related effects. Žijeme v turbulentní době znalostní společnosti a ekonomiky, která vyžaduje neustálou reakci na měnící se prostředí. Neobejdeme se bez neustálého vyhodnocování informací, získávání a řízení znalostí. Tématem mé bakalářské práce je problematika managementu znalostí, kterou jsem si vybrala, neboť je to téma, které mne zajímá jak z hlediska mé předchozí pracovní kariéry personálního manažera, tak i z hlediska mého dalšího profesního rozvoje. Problematika řízení znalostí je v současnosti velmi aktuální, o čemž svědčí mj. i studie nadnárodní konzultační firmy Accenture (2006). Podle této studie bude během následujících dvou let vyprodukováno více dat a informací než za celou historii lidské společnosti, přičemž 93 % z nich bude v digitální podobě. Problematika efektivního řízení znalostí by se tak měla stát jednou z hlavních priorit většiny společností a je pouze otázkou času, kdy přistoupí kjejí realizaci i ty, které zatím váhají. This bachelor thesis is focused on compensation of employees as one of possible ways of motivating them. Motivation is the moving power of any human activity and if an employer wishes to maintain high performance of his employees, he needs to be concerned with multitude of different ways of motivating and stimulating them. Different people have different needs, goals and ways of reaching them and this results in considerable complexity of motivational process. This work is concerned with different basic motivational theories and tries to answer the question why do people actually work. Following motivational theories that have received attention and appreciation are being described in more details: Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Herzberg's Motivation-Hygiene Theory (Two factor Theory), Vroom's Expectancy Theory, Adams' Equity Theory and McClelland's Theory of Needs. We distinguish between inner and outer compensation. Tato práce vychází ze zásad moderního pojetí řízení lidských zdrojů. Moderní řízení lidských zdrojů klade mimořádný důraz na vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků v organizaci. Rozvoj pracovníků v organizaci je považován zajednu z nejdůležitějších činností personální práce. V poslední době je zdůrazňována potřeba vytváření pracovních úkolů a pracovních míst tak, aby korespondovaly se schopnostmi a preferencemi každého pracovníka. Tato potřeba se stává východiskem pro řízení pracovního výkonu. Význačné místo v moderním řízení pracovního výkonu zaujímá proces řízení kariéry jednotlivých pracovníků. Snahou této práce je přiblížit problematiku procesu řízení kariéry pracovníků a zdůraznit její význam pro rozvoj pracovníků v kontextu moderního řízení lidských zdrojů. The plan of motivation in the company

Proces s of the motivation is more difficult than most managers think. It is not possible to use the same attitude in motivation of different employees. People seem to have different needs, values, preferences and they set their own targets. Theories of motivation want to analyze and describe these differences. The company should understand its people, to be able to choose proper stimulative instruments, which will influence working behavior of empIoyees, their satisfaction and performance. The motivation pIan in the company presents system of rules and measures of which main goal is to achieve a good motivation of employees, to improve their satisfaction and optimal performance. This work wants to show how the particular company can setup good motivation pIan for its effective functioning and how to design organizations that maximize productivity.
Development of the household indebtedness in the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis deals with the development of the household indebtedness in the Czech Republic between 2007 and 2016. The aim of the work is to describe indebtedness and its causes, types of loans and types of institutions providing loans. Furthermore, this thesis is focused on changes that were introduced by the new Consumer Credit Act. The thesis also focuses on the situation in the area of enforcement proceedings and on the changes that can be brought by the amendment to the Insolvency Act. The thesis describes the methodology and results of household stress tests performed by the Czech National Bank. Practical part of the thesis includes description of the development of the household indebtedness and its dependence on the inflation rate, the unemployment rate and the average gross wage. Furthermore, the work describes the situation in the area of enforcement proceedings in individual regions. The conclusion includes the evaluation of the work.
