Public perception of long-distance adoption

The thesis deals with Distance Adoption from the public perspective. First, the thesis discusses socio-demographic indicators that are most commonly found in poor countries. First of all, it These are various types of social inequality and then poverty. The characteristics go on to to the anchoring of the term Third World and education in it. It seeks to offer some reasons why it is children are denied an education. It then lists 17 goals that the UN wants to achieve by the year 2030. They are presented here the types of natural disasters that cause a wide range of calamities. The text then flows the most common forms of aid. The third part of the theory takes a closer look at adoption from a legal point of view. 62 stanoviska všemi zúčastněnými stranami je nesnadný úkol. Zvláště v zemích, kde má automobilový průmysl silnou pozici, tedy i v ČR, bude upřednostňováno tradiční řešení ochrany náhradních dílů průmyslovými vzory. Takové řešení jde sice proti liberalizaci trhu, podle mého názoru ovšem skutečnost, že lze náhradní díly chránit průmyslovým právem, může lépe motivovat přihlašovatele k vývoji kvalitního designu a tím i k rozvoji příslušného průmyslového odvětví. Domnívám se, že ke změně současného stavu, kdy úprava je v členských zemích EU roztříštěná, v nejbližší době nedojde. Zvláště za probíhající hospodářské krize jsou tyto otázky citlivé: nedošlo by přijetím návrhu k poškození automobilového průmyslu? Svůj postoj k budoucímu vývoji právní úpravy průmyslových vzorů v Evropě vyjádřila Komise Evropských společenství ve svém Sdělení75 z července 2008: "Systém vzorů Společenství byl zahájen v roce 2003 a poté, co ES přistoupilo v roce 2008 k Ženevskému aktu Haagské dohody o mezinárodním zápisu průmyslových vzorů, nabízí v současnosti možnost ochrany ve třetích zemích. The concept of public in copyright law

The thesis provides an overview and analysis of the concept of public in copyright law. The thesis begins by explaining the international, European and Czech regulation. The thesis highlights areas where is a need for a specific interpretation of the notion of the public - particularly the publication of the work and the right to communicate the work to the public. A substantial part of the thesis is devoted precisely to the right of the communication to the public. The thesis discusses the areas of use of work that appear to be borderline in terms of assessing whether they are private or public, for example use in offices, in public establishments, in taxis, in public transport, in hotel rooms, or on the Internet. The thesis focuses to the foreign national legislation and case law and the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union, which is crucial for interpreting of the term of public in EU member states.

Relative numerosity discrimination in primates

This work is focused on numerical competence in primates specifically focusing on relative numerosity, one of the many aspects of these cognitive abilities. Relative numerosity is an ability to discriminate a larger quantity from a smaller amount or smaller quantity from a larger amount and could be classified as one of the easiest numerical competence. In this work I have summarized the present knowledge of numerical competences in primates, which have been so far studied only in a few species of primates, most of them was rhesus macaque (Macaca mulatta) and chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes). In the experimental part I focused on the research of relative numerosity in rhesus macaque (Macaca mulatta). The goal of my work was to find out whether macaques are able to solve the problem of relative abundance with different types of stimuli. Another goal was to find out whether they are able to generalize information about relative abundance and whether they can apply it for new design of the task. The results confirm that macaques possess the ability of relative numerosity and are able to abstract stimuli that are differing in their character. Summary of work: This bachelor's thesis tries to show a rheumatic disease ankylosing spondylitis. The theoretical part presents etiology, diagnostics, clinical picture and its treatment.
