Evaluation of financial efficiency of the company IMC Slovakia, Ltd.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate financial efficiency of the company IMC Slovakia, Ltd from 2010 until 2014, to make suggestions for eliminating founded deficiencies in analysis, to describe expectations in the year 2015 and to compare results of the company with the chosen competitors. This bachelor´s thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part are defined individual methods of analysis and described the process of calculation in practical part. Among the used methods belong horizontal and vertical analysis, balance rules, analysis of the relative and differential value ratios, Du Pont analysis, economic value added, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and methods of comparison with competitors. Practical part included description of the company IMC Slovakia Ltd., characterization of competitors and application of methods previously mentioned in practical part.

The aim of the Master´s Thesis is implementation of the strategic analysis for the non-governmental organization OD5K10, z. s., considering the external environment and also the internal resources, which are available for the organization, and in this way reveal all the factors which have impact on its economy. For analysis of the macro-environment PEST analysis is used. In analysis of the micro-environment there are indetified forces, which can affect an ability of the organization to satisfy the needs of its clients (either customers themselves or competitors, suppliers, community). We can not forget also internal analysis, where resources of this subject, its financial management and its reliability are described and analyzed. The important part of the thesis is the synthesis of the results, where strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are summarized.

Strategic analysis of NGO Stará škola

The aim of this Masters thesis is the implementation of the strategic analysis on nongovernmental organization Stará škola, z.s. In first, theoretical part it focuses on the characteristics of the non-profit sector and the methodology used for the strategic analysis. The second part applies this methodology on the organization Stará škola. To analyze the macroenvironment it uses PEST analysis, in the context of microenvironment it focuses on the analysis of competitors, clients and public. This thesis also includes financial analysis, which also focuses on models BAMF and KAMF, which are often used in the context of NGOs. In conclusion, the thesis aims to evaluate the overall status of the organization and list some recommendations for the future.

This bachelor thesis deals with a strategic analysis of the Czech manufacturing company. The thesis presents a range of methods and techniques analyzing business environment and helps to understand the causes and effects which the company faces. The methodological part serves to introduce basic concepts, a summary of current findings and their relevant choice for outlining the problem. After application of theoretical methods we find out the strengths and weaknesses of the company and how they can be used by the company in the struggle with competition and other negative influences. The goal of this work is to propose an appropriate business strategy for the future taking into account the current situation.

Economical analysis of Pivovar Herold Březnice, a.s. in confrontation with development of the field

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of Pivovar Herold Březnice a.s. using methods of financial analysis. The analysis is based on data from 2011 to 2015. Amongst the methods is the vertical and horizontal analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss statement. There are also balance rules, indicator ratios, Du Pont decomposition of ROE, EVA, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and comparison to the field. Afterwards, Porter five forces analysis is used to analyse the surroundings of the company, which is not a part of financial analysis. These methods are described in the theoretical part and then applied in the practical part. The end of the work contains overall conclusion and evaluation of the company and its most important parts. There is also a recommendation about the future focus of the company.

An evaluation of economic development of the company Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí, spol. s r.o.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to analyse the economic development of the company Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí, spol. s r.o. in the period 2010-2014 by using selected tools of financial analysis and to evaluate the company status with respect to related industry branch CZ-NACE 10.5 Manufacture of dairy products. The first part addresses a theoretical background and gives an overview of particular methods and procedures that are used in the second practical part of the thesis. Practical part introduces the profile of analysed company and provides an insight to Czech milk processing industry. The analysis of absolute and differential indicators is followed by calculation of profitability, liquidity, activity and debt financial ratios. The credibility and bankruptcy models like Altman´s Z-score and index IN05 were also chosen to evaluation. Finally the spider analysis is provided to compare selected company financial ratios with relevant industry averages. The summary of results and recommendation for future company development are given at the end of thesis.

Aim of Bachelor's Thesis is to assess the financial health of the company in years 2009 - 2014 and compare results of the analysis with competing company in energy sector. The bachelor thesis is composed of two parts. The first theoretic part explains the basic methods of financial analysis, its indicators and presents data sources. At the beginning of the practical part is introduced business sector and company of my choice and then is methodology applied to the company. The conclusion contains a summary of the results and their assessment.

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis titled "Financial analysis of the company JELÍNEK - výroba nábytku s.r.o." is to evaluate development and management of the company from 2010 to 2014. The bachelor´s thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The meaning of financial analysis and basic tools and techniques of financial analysis calculations are defined in the theoretical part. The second - practical part is focused on application of these methods to the company. Vertical and horizontal analysis, balance rules, analysis of financial and differential value ratios, pyramid decomposition of the ROE, also Economic Value Added, bankruptcy and credibility models rank among the basic tools. In the final part of this bachelor´s thesis, there is described a comparison of the company with other companies within the field which it operates in.

Aim of this work is to develop a business plan for plumbing company Instalin. Instalin is a company providing services in the field of plumbing and heating work. The bachelor thesis is divided into a methodological and practical part. The methodological part describes the theory associated with the creation of the business plan, on which is the entire business plan drawn up. The practical part contains a made business plan of Instalin company. It includes a description of the business plan, setting business objectives, identifying key people and competitors, analysis of the business environment, analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the company and after all making of the financial analysis of the project and assess its feasibility.

The aim of this work is to develop a financial analysis of the company Elektromont Brno, a.s. The analysis of the company will be prepared for the period 2008 - 2012. The thesis will be divided into a methodological part and a practical part. The methodological part will contain the basic theoretical information for the practical part. This section will include all the basic inputs and methods of financial analysis, also It shall contain all information sources. The practical part will contain the presentation of the company and the financial analysis itself. This section will end with a comparison of the company and local competitors.
