The bachelors´s thesis deals with the optimization of business processes in a selected company. The first part describes the theoretical basis for the method of analysis, modeling language and business negotiations. In the second part, analytical, the MMABP method is used for process analysis and qualitative research to obtain data for process optimization. In the third part, proposal, a new proces sis created and solutions are recommended for the company.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of marketing mix in the company Brand Promotion CZ s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical knowledge concerning basic concepts of marketing and marketing mix. The second analytical part then focuses on the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company and also the analysis of the current marketing mix. In the last part, possible suggestions for improving the marketing mix are presented based on the data obtained from the previous analyses.

Title: Marketing research of Kappa brand value Objectives: The main objective of this work is to find out degree of brand awareness of the Kappa brand between current students of Faculty of physical education and sport of Charles University in Prague. Through marketing research, we find out current brand awareness of the Kappa brand between current student of Faculty of physical education and sport of Charles University in Prague. Methods: In the bachelor's thesis, there is used method of quantitative research. With technique of electronic questioning we examine the brand awareness of the Kappa brand by the current students of Faculty of physical education and sport of Charles University in Prague. Specifically Top-of-mind effect, brand recall, brand recognition and knowledge about sponsorship of brand Kappa. Results: The research showed that current students of Faculty of physical education and sport of Charles University in Prague know that Kappa brand exists, but they lack of deeper awareness, there is no Top-of-mind effect. Even aided and unaided awareness isn't high enough. Students can connect Kappa brand with Italy and they recognize logo very well. But they have no clue about sponsorship of Kappa brand. In my diploma thesis I deal with requirements analysis of a document management system and with designing a particular solution of these requirements for the document management module of the web based Inovio portal. In the first part I provide basic information about document management systems and I briefly describe, what palace in the company`s information system they take. Further I describe the Inovio portal, which is under development, and it`s application modules. The document management module is one of these modules and my thesis is contributing to its design. The second part is focused on functional and non-functional requirements on a document management system and on a web application. In this part the reader can find requirements analysis and specific designs of these requirements for the document management module of the Inovio portal.
Použití metod testování softwaru v praxi

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is providing a basic knowledge ground in the field of software testing in a way, which would allow using this knowledge in real projects in the most effective way. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical basics of software testing which are followed by practical approaches based on them. The theoretical basics consist of the definition of basic terminology, description of various approaches towards software development, categories and characteristics of testing methods and also roles, which take part in testing. The second part of the thesis describes activities which are included in software testing and also the way how to run these activities in the most effective way. Activities described in this part are software specification testing, test planning, designing test-cases and errors reporting. Finally there is a chapter summarizing these activities and suggesting the way they can be logically ordered.
