The Evaluation of the Company´s Financial Situation

This thesis deals with proposing proposals to improve company's financial situation. The aim is to provide a comprehensive overview of the current financial situation and give the company effective proposals to improve the financial situation. The financial situation will be determined by the means of financial analysis or indicators which financial analysis offers. The first part is theoretical, second is analytical and the third are the proposals. In the theoretical part I am mentioning the basic information about the financial analysis, necessary documents, and I will explain all the indicators applied. In the analytical part as first I will introduce the selected company and then I will provide basic information about the company and the rest of the analytical section is devoted to the application of financial analysis on the company using proven methods and procedures. In the end I will propose solutions to improve company's financial situation.

Audit of Receivables

The purpose of the thesis is to propose audit procedures to verify trade receivables at chosen business subject, draw a conclusion and to propose a solution for a given issue. The first part will be dedicated to general audit description including audit history, goal assessment, and clarification of the purpose of audit of financial statements. The second part will focus on practical execution of audit with emphasize on receivables, and provision on receivables. The results of audit procedures will be commented at the end of the thesis including a solution proposal.

Evalution Economy of Municipality Strelna

The diploma thesis deals with financial management of municipality Střelná in the years 2012 – 2016. This thesis is divided into three parts, where the first part presents theoretical basis involving theory, classification and everything associated with local government in the Czech Republic including the budget of municipality and its financing. The practical part is dedicated to the detailed analysic of the incomes and expenses of municipal budget with a subsequent evaluation of operating and capital management. Also is performed a calculation of the proportion of municipality to national revenue from shared taxes. In the end of diploma thesis, there will be proposing of municipality budget for calendar year 2017 and medium-term financial plan for the following two-years period.

Overview of the family Deinotheriidae C.L. Bonaparte, 1841 [Mammalia, Proboscidea] with direction to fossil discoveries in Czech Republic.

This work presents the family Deinotheriidae including the subfamily Chilgatherinae. Morphological differences of teeth point to anatomical differences between the genders Chilgatherium, Prodeinotherium and Deinotherium. Further, the anatomical differences of skull and postcranial skeleton of the Deinotherinae subfamily are described. The Extension of the family Deinotherium is tied to the migration routes from Africa to Asia and Europe. The Occurrence in the Czech Republic is confirmed by 2 important discovery sites. The first one is located in Horní Ves near Franzensbad where the skeleton of the species Prodeinotherium bavaricum was discovered. The second one is located near Česká Třebová and represented by the fragments of the lower jaw of the species Prodeinotherium cuvieri. The discussion focuses on the use of the lower tusks and the method of food intake.

The Relationship between Human Body and Technology in Dramatic Space

This diploma thesis is an attempt to reflect the use of current digital technologies in the
scenic space and their influence on the work of actors. It tries to shortly describe the
development and principles of neo-media works, as well as the form of Live Cinema,
mainly in the theatrical context. It examines the position of real, living objects/subjects, in
contrast to immaterial and virtual images that are made up of light or sound. The
possibilities of mutual influence of technologies and bodies are described on selected
performances in the Czech theater context. How does technology change the actor's
work? Does it affect the basic theatrical relationship between the body of the actor and
the spectator's body? Are the mediative forms of theater destructing its "liveness"? How
does viewer perception transforms? These and similar questions are crucial to this thesis.
