This Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the individual components of the marketing mix of the company Balónový zámek s.r.o., which its action falls under the company Balóny Kubíček spol. s.r.o.. The Bachelor´s thesis is divided into 3 parts. The first part deals with the theory, from the basic concepts of marketing, through tools until definition. The second part analyzes the selected company, the current status and its evaluation. Last, the final part is based on the analytical part, in which there was an evaluation of the current state and thanks to this there are designed your own ideas to improve the components of the marketing mix.

Children Preparedness to Beginning of Compulsory Education from Social-cultural Handicapped Background

This thesis is focused on the issue of children coming from socially and culturally disadvantaged environment before their entry to the compulsory education from a socially- pedagogical point of view. It describes the influence of the environment the child lives in, its family, the community, and the living conditions affecting its readiness for admission to an elementary school. The nature of work is theoretical work and research. The theoretical part of the thesis in quires into such terms as socialization, family, social and cultural disadvantage, the Roma, preschool education, and their interdependence. It describes the current methods used for recognizing the school maturity and preparedness for an entry to the compulsory education of children in the Czech Republic. It compares the most common institutional forms of preparation for the compulsory education, i.e. nursery school and preliminary classes at elementary schools that are designated especially to the children of socially and culturally disadvantaged background. The practical part of the thesis uses qualitative research methods and through document analysis, observation, and interviews it gathers information for creating three case studies, in which it thoroughly describes the family environment and the lifestyle of socially and culturally...

HPLC Analysis of Anthelmintics Using Core-shell Columns

Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Biophysics and Physical Chemistry Candidate: Jitka Marková Consultant: Ing. Vladimír Kubíček, CSc. Title of Thesis: HPLC Analysis of Anthelmintics Using Core-shell Columns This diploma thesis deals with HPLC analysis of three anthelmintics included into AAD group (i. e. amino-acetonitrile derivatives). Suitable separation conditions were studied using three core-shell columns (i. e. Ascentis Express RP - Amide, Ascentis Express F5 and Kinetex PFP). Finally, an efficiency of two preextraction methods (SPE, LLE) was tested. The obtained results show the Ascentis Express RP-Amide column to be the suitable choice for the required purpose. The proposed mobile phases are MS compatible. SPE column STRATA X, exhibiting very high recoveries, is the best choice for SPE. The LLE recovery ratio can be taken as satisfactory.

Tuberculosis - re-established problem of European population

Tuberculosis - re-established problem of European population Abstract The main objective of this study is to collect data and to provide information about current tuberculosis burden on European population and to capture the most important trends in development of spreading the infection in the European region in the period 1995-2010. A typology of the countries of the European region is performed on the base of main features of tuberculosis morbidity and mortality in the period 2008-2010. Detailed analysis of level of tuberculosis morbidity and mortality for each region was based on available data. The study also presents the plans of major world and European organizations to eliminate spread of tuberculosis.

Population development in the north-west border of the Czech Republic since Second World War to the present (focusing on the period 1991-2008) Abstract The aim of this work is to affect population trends in the northwestern frontier to try to bring the inpact of geopolitical changes in the demographics in this part of the Czech Republic, as well as the effect of long- term economic and socil desparities. For this reason, it is also described regional differentiation od the various parts of the border. Own analysis of population development in focused on two periods, 1961- 1991 and 1991-2008, which is described and analyzed the evolution od demographic patterns and geopolitical context in the second period also sociopatologic phenomena. The work also includes an outline of future population development.
