For my project I’ve chosen to create a Business Plan for a Crisis Management Consultancy company. To do this I’ve used a limited company and named it Navigator Ltd. In the preceding project I’ve explained all the essential steps needed to create a new company, as well as pointing out the importance of crisis management for various companies on the market. I’ve described the services in detail, compared the competing businesses in the field of crisis management, shown a view of the future and built a personnel infrastructure of the described company. I’ve created a realistic company strategy and planned budgets needed for a smooth start.

This bachelor’s thesis is concerned with floatation of the entrepreneurially plan whom the subject is foundation of MS SPORT Ltd. company which will distribute the shop with sporting goods, clothing and servicing of ski and snowboards. My plan contains the suggestions of organization, marketing, financial plan and calculation of the financial analysis. The aim of my work is data evaluation, feasibility and profitability of my plan.

This diploma thesis deals with questions about prospectus assembly for the company GASTROSUN SK, s.r.o with detailed focus on refinement of its prerequisites. The aim of this diploma thesis is to put together the comprehensive and integrated prospectus with the focus on its usability in practice. It’s important so that all assemblage plans in this prospectus reflected the real estate. Partial aim of this diploma thesis is matching other possible kinds of investments with the investment embedded in business by the help of indicator of return on capital employed before taxation.

The theme of this thesis is to define of the enterprise‘s business aim and apply it to concrete business plan. The first part of this thesis concludes an entry to the sector of small and middle-sized enterprises; there are definitions of specific attributes of these enterprises, their advantages and disadvantages, and their importance for an economy. In next part of thesis influences affected enterprise are analysed. Thesis includes proposal for development of the company based on specific advantages and suppresed the most significant threats. Final part of thesis contents processing of business plan for established small-sized enterprice.

Croquet filed project preparation with financial cooperation from Europe union structural funds. An Analysis of the current situation on opened operation programs and selecting the most suitable operation program for realization. The main goal of diploma thesis is to prepare records, which will be submitted as background for endowment institution with a focus on the feasibility study and cash flow analysis. Analysis of the current situation in region, demographic trends and gross domestic product. Analysis of investment in the project and a breakdown in the implementation stage. Analysis of competition, SWOT analysis, marketing mix, risks on project and backgrounds for croquet playground sustainability.

Bachelor’s thesis introduces business case for expansion of hairdresser’s operating for ten years already in Brno into a more luxurious hairdressing salon. Detailed and comprehensive study of various aspects proves feasibility of the case. This study includes reconstruction of the salon, new equipment, extension of services offer, human resource, marketing communication and financial analysis. Major attention is paid to reality of business case and financial calculation based on conservative estimates of revenues and costs and real potentialities of financing the case from foreign funds.

The project is focused on inovation in tertiary education, research and developement area, specially for technology universities´ students.
