Comparison to efficiency of recovery due to the change of speed and strenght indicators of women softball players
Sidorová, Veronika ; Malý, Tomáš (advisor) ; Krištofič, Jaroslav (referee)
Title of thesis: Comparison to efficiency of recovery due to the change of speed and strenght indicators of women softbal players Compiled by: Bc. Veronika Sidorová Supervisor: PaedDr. Tomáš Malý, Ph.D. Objectives: The aim is to compare the efficiency of recovery in two regeneration procedures to change the speed and power indicators in extra league softbal player wore a short-motor performance. Methodology of work: The object of the study was 14 extra league softball player wore for which we have found with two wellness services (sports massage, cold water) effect on their speed and power indicators before load after load after one of the above procedures Types of motor test applied to the surveyed sample: 1.Linear sprint to 10 meters of semi-tall launch Stress test applied to the surveyed sample: 1.Load model for isokinetic dynamometer to Humac Norm (power-muscle contraction) The results: The results of the motor and the load test, we found that the stress occurred in the analysis focused on the decrease of muscular strength, but on each regeneration procedures, a significant improvement in performance even if not on the original values. The impact of fatigue on the kick accuracy of young soccer players
Ižovská, Jana ; Malý, Tomáš (advisor) ; Zahálka, František (referee)
Title: The impact of fatigue on the kick accuracy of young soccer players Objectives: Identify the relationship of fatigue and the kick accuracy of young soccer players. Methods: The study group consists of 20 players in the age between 17 and 22, who are actually operating on league level in the reserve of elite soccer club. Before loading, the players had 3 attempts of shooting into the middle of the goal by dominant and non-dominant leg. After loading, they had 3 attempts of shooting into the middle of the goal too, but only by dominant leg. We measured the speed and the accuracy of kicks before loading and after the maximum load. Results: The results of work give information about the impact of fatigue on the kick speed and accuracy of young soccer players. It has been found that after the impact of loading the soccer players had worse results in the studied parameters. Keywords: fatigue, kick, loading, skill, soccer
Analysis of soccer match loading according to player position.
Bujnovský, David ; Malý, Tomáš (advisor) ; Buzek, Mario (referee)
Title: Analysis of load football players in a match in terms of gaming post. Objectives: The aim of this essay is to determine the size of the musculoskeletal load of players during friendly football matches. At the same time the aim is to determine the differences in the size of the musculoskeletal load between the different players' positions measured in the file. Methods: This essay deals with the indirect (mediated) observations, due to the fact that data was recorded by devices from which this data was then processed to obtain the result. To evaluate the size of the musculoskeletal load sport testers "Polar Team 2" were used. For the statistical evaluation the processed material significance using the so-called "size effect" was used. Results: Regarding the size of the musculoskeletal load, no substantively significant difference was found between the defenders and midfielders in the zone above the ANP. Significant material differences were observed between defenders and attackers, materially significant differences were also found between the midfielders and attackers in the zone above the ANP. However, based on the conditions under which measurements were carried out, it is clear that definite conclusions cannot be drawn. Keywords: Football, physical load, heart rate, player's positions
Effect of water temperature during cold water immersion on repeated isometric performance
Krupková, Dominika ; Baláš, Jiří (advisor) ; Malý, Tomáš (referee)
Title: Effect of water temperature during cold water immersion on repeated isometric performance Objectives: The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of water temperature on recovery using repeated isometric performance of finger flexors to exhaustion Methods: The study was attended by a group of climbers consisting of 16 men (aged 30.8 ± 7.2 years) and 18 women (aged 26.7 ± 4.5 years). Participants came 3 times in the laboratory, where repeated intermittent isometric performance until exhaustion with different recovery strategy (passive recovery, immersion of forearm to 8ř C water - CWI 8, immersion of forearm to 15ř C water - CWI 15) were completed Results: The results were evaluated according time of contraction and force- time-integral (FTI). After passive recovery, the second time of contraction dropped by ↓ 9% and the third contraction by 20% compared to the first one. In response to cold water (CWI), after CWI 8 second time of contraction increased by ↑ 32% and CWI 15 by ↑ 36% compared to the first one. The third time of contraction was worse for CWI 8 by ↓ 4%, and CWI 15 was better by ↑ 26% compared to the first contraction. Conclusion: Cold water immersion is an effective recovery method between intermittent isometric performance compared to passive recovery strategy. CWI 15 is more...
Changes speed indicators by influence of specific fatigue in soccer players
Hovorka, Jakub ; Malý, Tomáš (advisor) ; Teplan, Jaroslav (referee)
Title Changes speed indicators by influence of specific fatigue in soccer players. Aim of Study Diagnose specific effects of fatigue from the soccer match on the manifestation of speed abilities of football players at AC Sparta Praha categories of players up to 19 years. Method Selected research sample consists of 11 players on the year of birth 1994 (3 players), 1995 (7 players) and 1996 (1 player) U19 category. Tested sample passed measurement in one friendly match against the same old players. They passed the test 4 times before the game, 4 times at the half-time break and 4 times immediately after game. During this testing, I watched the effect of fatigue on specific speed capability of players. At work, I used a quantitative research method. I prepared and statistically evaluated the resulting data obtained during testing using photocells. Results Testing was attended by 11 players from selected professional club team U19 category . Measurement of speed in field test was measured using photocells Brower Timing System. The results provide informations about the speed capabilities of the players and their reduction during the fatigue gradually emerging during a football game. The results reveal that the speed capabilities of most players were reduced. They also briefly deal with the question...
An analysis of the ofensive and defensive activities in set plays
Bittengl, Martin ; Buzek, Mario (advisor) ; Malý, Tomáš (referee)
Title: An analysis of the ofensive and defensive activities in set plays Objectives: The main objective of this work is to analyze the implementation of set-plays in the offensive phase of the game matches teams selected for the Champions League 2009/2010. Identification of the key moments leading to successful or unsuccessful completion. Description and graphical representation of the set-plays. Methods: In our work we used as the primary method of obtaining data on the phenomenon of mediated reference, registered observations. It is the indirect observation of DVDs with each team, where we watched our investigation established criteria. The research section has been used both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis, we obtained data on the frequency of observed phenomena, qualitative analysis shows the critical points and the current developments in implementation of set-plays . Models based on the graphical representation we then facilitate the application of this knowledge in the training practical. Results: The results reveal the ways plays for set-plays were used in the Champions League 2009/2010 in the offensive phase of game and the negotiations in the process of defense. They point to developments and changes occurring with different frequency factors. Keywords:...
