Crane Hook Block - Lifting Capacity 8 tons
Dudek, Kamil ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This work deals with proposal and calculation a crane hook block with two pulleys for lifting capacity of 8 tons. It contains description individual parts a crane hook block and proposal their construction solutions. In the next part work solves proposal rope, rope pulleys, cross member of the hook block, pivot pulleys, sidewalls, nut of crane hook and ball bearings. Work is finished with assembly drawing, pieces list and production drawing.
Development and control of ventilating turbines
Ondra, Martin ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This master´s thesis will discuss the mechanical regulation of suction of ventilation turbines. There were designed and described three methods of mechanical regulation in this work. It is a regulation by half-valve, quarter-valve and so-called whirling turbine. Then the calculation of the auxiliary fan was included. The resulting mechanical regulation of this work permit, with high winds, restricting the flow of exhaust air without using electricity. Thanks to this there are saving overall cost of running ventilation turbines and reducing heat loss of industrial and commercial buildings.
Travelling crab
Odehnal, Jiří ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a crane crab lifting gear with a load capacity of 10, 000 kg. Based on the entered parameters, the rope, rope drum, balancing pulley, and the block pulley’s main body parts, such as guide pulley, piston pins, side rails and crosspiece, are calculated. The thesis also includes a strength check of the rope drum and the individual parts of the block pulley, the draft of the lifting gear’s drive as well as the drawings of the block pulley set and selected parts.
Development of ventilating turbines control
Kremz, Petr ; Jonák, Martin (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes the design development of mechanical systems of ventilation turbines. The goal of this thesis is to improve the internal control system, the ventilation of the turbine and the system of ventilation air. The output of the work will be the model of the turbine with the regulatory system - the flap in the program Solidworks. Furthermore, the graphical performance of the dependence of the turbine.
Development of ventilating turbines
Křupka, Jiří ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This Master thesis solves a construction development of alternative modular mechanical systems for ventilation turbines. A research part of the thesis deals with the issues of transported medium (air) and ventilation, as well as functions, designs of ventilation turbines, and finally it provides an overview of ventilation turbines produced by manufacturers worldwide; these are used for ventilation of residential, commercial, industrial or agricultural structures using the natural or hybrid ventilation. A construction - design part is focused on creating 3D models of selected alternative modular adjustable ventilation turbines according to the data provided by the thesis supervisor and then on establishing a system for calculating the shapes of blades relative to the airflow for additional axial fan of ventilation turbines. For this purpose, a customized software application VENTILATOR (GUI) was developed to allow a flexible change of input calculation parameters and thus a fast modification of the curve shape in the 3D model of the axial fan blade.
Suggestion of a workshop pillar lift for a motor vehicle
Skácel, Vladislav ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Hloušek, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a lifting device, which should have a minimum load capacity of 3500 kg and a minimum stroke of 1000 mm. The aim of the work is to analyze possible conceptual solutions of lifting equipment and to design a two-column hydraulic jack that will meet the specified values.
Horizontal screw conveyor
Švec, Milan ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The focus of this bachelor thesis is construction, technical solution and design of a horizontal screw conveyor with purpose of transporting agricultural grain as per set parametres. The scope of this thesis includes calculations regarding the main parts of screw conveyor, designs of electric motor, clutch and bearings and a firmness check of the functional parts The body of the thesis is composed from a technical report and drawing documentation, supported by model assembly created in 3D CAD system, as well as a drawing of the entire device, a drawing of the screw and individual drawings of shafts.
The study of pneumatic transport material
Novák, Martin ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This Bachelor´s thesis is written as an exploration of facts and it is divided into several parts. It consists of description of pneumatic conveying systems, material´s properties and their conveying problems. There is a description of pneumatic post and innovatory systems in this thesis, too.
Suggestion of a workshop lift for a motorbike
Sýkora, Zdeněk ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is focused on designing the lifting device for motorcycle used in workroom. It includes recherche, functional and strength calculation of scissor mechanism. Maximal burden is 400 kg and maximal lift is 800 mm. This thesis includes drawings.
Spiral conveyor
Sklenář, Jiří ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
