Cost Management System in the Company

The master´s thesis deals with the issue of cost management using the structure of budgets in a selected manufacturing company. The theoretical part contains and summarizes the views on corporate costs, then it discusses budgeting, and also illuminates the issue of in-house departments. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current situation, where the current cost management system in the enterprise is summarized, the current approaches to budgeting and, in particular, the problematic areas of the current solution are revealed, which are then taken into account in the design part when creating a comprehensive enterprise budget structure.
Forensic ballistics

This thesis is focused on the issues connected with criminalistic ballistics, a forensic discipline, which is closely associated with the criminal law. The thesis is composed of ten chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of criminalistic ballistic. After introductory part of this work follows the first chapter dedicated to the historical development of the subject. Chapter two describes the term and it is divided into six subdivisions according to the main areas of examination. Each area is solving different tasks and questions. Chapter three continues with an explanation what are the objects of criminalistic ballistic, concretely guns, ammunition and its segments, gunshot residues, subjects affected by the bullets, and other circumstances of the shooting Chapter four provides with the legal regulation of holding the gun and ammunition. Next two chapters are concerned with question, how are created ballistic marks on the bullet and the cartridge case during the process of shot and how to search, collect and secure them. Chapters seven and eight are crucial because they are dedicated to the different methods of criminalistic ballistic investigations, especially those which are used for individual identification or type classification of weapon. Identification of cadavers and skeleton findings

IDENTIFICATION Of CORPSES AND SKELETAL FINDINGS For a topic of my thesis I chose Identification of dead bodies and skeletal findings. This topic is one of issues which belong to criminal science. My work consists of eight chapters including the Introduction and Conclusion. In the beginning I described the basic terms of Forensic Science which relate to death as post-mortem changes, mummification and algor mortis. In the Chapter three I deal with a general procedure when a dead body occurs. In this part you can find the legal regulations of coroner's inquest, autopsy and search of premises. Next chapter is devoted to regulation of a medicine doctor's activity as an expert and following chapter describes exhumation procedure. Chapter six deals with identification process generally. Chapter seven describes particular methods of identification. The first method what I describe is forensic anthropology. This method use external features of a man for the identification process. These features are: sex, age, body height, DNA analysis or blood group. Then I define method of superprojection which use the skulk and photography of dead persons. Resume - Criminological victimology The aim of my thesis is to point out the necessity to provide victims of the crime with the sufficient protection in accordance with the international obligations which the Czech republic has commited to. The topic of this paper is the criminological teachings about the victim of the criminal act ( Criminological victimology). The first part defines and characterises basic terminology concerning victimology. It deals with the particular part of the criminological victimology field and the implication of the victimology for the penal law together with prevention of the criminality. The main part of the paper explains the English term stalking, analyzes the appearance and broadness of this crime with respect to its victims in both international and domestic scale. It refers to not only contemporary studies but focuses also on valid and prepared legislative steps in this field. The following part highlights one of the forms of stalking - cyberstalking, which is becoming a hot topic these days due to development of electronic medias. Methods of investigation of murders (selected issues)

The main theme of this diploma thesis is the methodology of investigations of murder, respectively the procedure police uses in case of investigation murder. Only selected range of topics is discussed due to limited scope of the thesis. First chapter contains a several legal aspects of fatal offences. Murder, manslaughter and murder of newborn child are chosen as the main fatal offences. Small part of the chapter is devoted to euthanasia and statistics about committed crimes of murder in the Czech Republic. Second chapter describes criminological characteristics, which consists of personality of a criminal, personality of a victim and motives and ways of committing a murder. Third chapter is devoted to typical clues at the place of the crime, including the analysis of DNA, which is discussed in a greater detail, because it is one of the most important type of clues. Forth chapter characterizes typical types of investigation and takes a closer look at problematic of unaccounted-for victims. Fifth and sixth chapter briefly summarize important information about subject and initiation of criminal procedure. Methods of investigation of drug-related crime

The methodology for investigation of drug-related crime is the topic of this thesis. There are a few reasons why I have chosen this topic. The issue of drugs, drug-related crime, drug addiction and also illegal drug traffic has become recently the worldwide problem which intervenes into many areas of human life and therefore we must constantly pay attention to it. Especially this fact, together with other reasons as my personal connection with drug issue (few-year-long involvement in the program focused on the primary prevention from drugs at secondary schools) made me to choose this topic. My thesis is divided into 6 parts. In the first two chapters I define the general notions related to the drug issue and I provide with the division of drugs into groups under chosen criteria. For the better orientation in this issue I have listed the most common types of drugs with the description of their effect on the organism of humans. In the third part of my thesis I focus on the criminal prosecution of drug offences and the historical development of the legal regulation of this issue.
