Occupational Medical Aspects of Work with Cyanide

The bachelor thesis contents evaluation of work environment factors of workers at production of hydrogen cyanide, alkaline salts and other coherent products. The first part of the thesis talks about a presence of hydrogen cyanide and cyanides, their properties and mechanism of toxic effect. The second part focuses on history of LZ Draslovka a.s. Kolín inclusive of technical principals of hydrogen cyanide and alkaline cyanides. In the third part of thesis are mentioned individual factors of work environment in the workplaces of cyan chemistry. Third part also advert method of controlling of physicals and chemicals factors of workplaces including casuistry of toxic states from 1962 to the present. To the evaluation of influence of factors of workplace was partly used questionnaire survey. As the second type of evaluation were several objectifications of physical and chemical factors of work environment. Tabs show a presence of several factors of work environment on several workplaces. The tabs was gained from registry of work categorisation "KAPR". The goal of my bachelor thesis was estimation of several factors of work environment at work in cyan production and observation of their influence on health of workers.

Transmitted diseases are generally well controlled. A high level of immunization has been reached and preserved as well. Despite the falling prevalence of schistosomoiasis in the last few years, it remains together with hepatitis and tuberculosis a significant problem of public health. Heath of mothers and children are still a problem. Maternity mortality and neonatal mortality are still high. Not transmitted diseases are increasing, concerning cardiovascular, metabolic, chest-trouble and malignant tumour. The most often malignity is tumour of breast, liver, urinary bladder and lymphoma. Colon tumours are increasing. An important role in mortality plays accidents. About 1, 2% of the whole population is blind, mainly as a consequence of a cataract or a granular lid that is still quite common in some areas. The importance of diseases connected with lifestyle is increasing. Smoking, too much alcohol, fat and sweet nurture, lack of exercise, not using safety belts in cars and not observing traffic regulations participate in total mortality and sickness rate. Art therapy for children with special educational needs

The Bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of eliminating difficulties of mentioned group of children by means of artetherapeutic methods and techniques. The theoretical part defines the term specific educational need and describes and specifies some groups of children who belong to pupils with educational specific needs. It is concerned with pupils with specific learning disabilities and pupils with behavioural difficulties. The shortlist is chosen with regard to how these children work in classrooms. The practical part of the thesis is composed by two case studies. They contain the analysis of upper primary school children's art production of the girl with specific learning disability based on her physical handicap and the girl with behavioural difficulties caused by her emotional deprivation. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to find typical features of these children's art production and observe changes in their production.
