The Bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of tourism policy and its application it two EU countries. It defines main attributes of tourism policy and pays special attention to tourism governance at national and regional level. The main aim of the thesis is to describe and compare systems of tourism policy in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. At the national level these systems are analysed from the point of view of tourism policy's goals, tools, main strategic documents and organizations involved in application of tourism policy. At regional level the thesis concentrates on destination management organizations (DMOs) which represent key players for successful implementation of tourism policy. It uses three attributes of the Stakeholder Circle Method for description of the relationship between two selected regional DMOs and their most important stakeholders.
Building the Image of Pilsen City

The purpose of the diploma thesis is to find out the perception of the image of the City of Pilsen in the context of the European Capital of Culture 2015 at the time of culminating final preparations for the project. The first part of the diploma thesis deals with the marketing of cities and municipalities and the communication mix. Furthermore, the thesis deals with general concept of image and image measurement possibilities on the basis of the Czech and foreign literature. The image of the cities is a concept that is currently coming to the fore in city and municipal politics. Cities and municipalities are becoming conscious of the importance of the opinions their citizens and visitors have about them. The diploma thesis discusses the marketing activities of the City of Pilsen and its particular departments and companies that are involved in the marketing of the city. The Image of the city is dependent on these activities. The perception of the image of the City of Pilsen is evaluated on the basis of own research. Firstly, the inquiries are focused on the City of Pilsen in general. Secondly, they are related to the marketing communications of the city and finally to the European Capital of Culture programme. The result of this research is an evaluation of city's image and possible recommendations for the improvement of the current situation.

The Master's Thesis generally discuss about the labor market and the key competencies, on these principles and theory was founded practical section of this work. The gist all work is analysis of structure positions for graduates in administrative offices, specifically in self-government in South Bohemian Region and the Regional Office, municipality of statutory city, municipality of local authority. I'm focus on the requirements asked on graduates when applying for a job of the civil official in government of the South Bohemian Region.

The topic of my thesis is the Marketing analysis of the selected company. The work is divided into two parts- the theoretical and the practical. Aim of theoretical part is to describe the environment of the company, and this PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis and characterization of B2B markets. In the practical part I will deal with the description of the company, then the practical use of the mentioned analyzes. In conclusion, I would like to propose possible improvements to the company.
Comparative Analysis of Tourist Destinations Offer

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of current tourist offer of the town of Trebic in relation to the major trends in tourism and especially the needs of visitors, which of these trends are based. The aim is to identify the main tourism trends and these trends are translated into concrete requirements of visitors to the city. Based on the results of a survey among the visitors then propose measures to improve tourist offer. This work uses good practices from other tourist destinations. These good practices are supported by reliable internet resources.
Financial Aspects of Municipalities Doing Business

This bachelor thesis "Financial Aspects of Municipalities Doing Business" presents an analysis of management of the city Chrast, focusing especially on business activity of the city. The main goal of this work is to evaluate the revenue from business of the city Chrast from 2011 to 2014 and their use for the funding of the city development. This work consists of two parts: a theoretical and a practical. In the theoretical part according to the selected literature and laws are defined the basic concepts concerning municipality, its financial management and budget. Then this work describes budget revenues, budget expenditure, specification of the municipal property and provision of public goods through established organizations. Business activity and types of business forms of the city are also explained in this work. The practical part is focused on the development of the financial management of the city Chrast, the analysis of financial management of a nonprofit organizations of the city, definition of subjects with which the city co-operates and an analysis of revenues from business activity of the city.

The aim of my Bachelor's thesis is to analyze the current marketing mix of the company which is focused on the service sector. Further I am going to process a SWOT analysis through which I will evaluate the internal and external situation of the company. I will also compare the SWOT analysis created by me with analysis processed by management of the company or by other external party. This comparison will enable the company management to look at the company from more angles. After a detailed analyzing of all parts of the analysis I will suggest certain recommendations for change in the marketing mix. The management and a key employees of the company will select an innovative measure from these proposals. This measure will be implemented.
Business Plan in the Sphere of Tourism

This thesis forms a business plan based on the idea of creating and running a kid`s entertainment park in the region of Wallachia (Eastern Moravia). The document is intended to help explain the idea behind to authorities and other stakeholders. The thesis consists of two parts. The first --theoretic -- one describes the tourism itself, its definition, positive and negative impacts and externalities, typology and briefly mentions also specific tourism conditions in the region. The theoretical part also introduces methods and principles of business plan creation. Second -- practical -- part of the thesis formulates the business plan based on data on amount of visits in the region and its sightseeings. It also describes intended status after implementation of the business plan.

This bachelor thesis deals with marketing of the town Český Brod. The aim of the thesis is to analyze marketing activities of the town and to recommend improvements. The theoretical part defines the basic terms of the theory of tourism marketing. The practical part firstly introduces Český Brod and evaluates marketing activities of the town. This analysis is carried out in the form of SWOT analysis and marketing mix that reflects the results of survey which took place on the territory of the town Český Brod. The final chapter proposes improvements of marketing activities and development of the tourism of the town.
