This diploma thesis deals with development of new international marketing strategy. The goal is to prepare specific company for entering new markets in Slovakia and Jordan. Content of the thesis includes analysis of macro and micro environment of mentioned markets followed by specific recommendations related to particular domains of international marketing mix. International expansion of the company will start from the Czech market and the firm's situation on this market is described in the beginning of the thesis.

Valuation of the company Třinecké železárny, a.s.

Main objective of this thesis is to estimate the approximate value of the company Třinecké železárny, a.s. on the date 13. 5. 2011 based on three methods. The valuation will be realized according FCFF and EVA method within yield methods and the third way will be applied the accounting method. Valuation according these methods is designed for owners and management in order to determine the value of the company after economic recession and for potential investor. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part deals with the principles, financial indicators and process of individual valuation methods. The practical part gives the answer for the estimated value of the company.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti Metrostav a.s. Cílem práce je vysvětlit použitý metodický aparát a následně tuto teorii převést do praxe. Praktická část finanční analýzy vychází z účetních výkazů podniku za období 2003-2006. Práce se také snaží zhodnotit finanční zdraví podniku Metrostav a.s.

Finanční analýza Barum Continental spol. s r.o.

Cílem je zhodnotit finanční zdraví společnosti Barum Continental spol. s r.o. v letech 2001- 2005 na základě účetních výkazů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první, teoretické, blíže popisuji jednotlivé metody a základní principy, které jsou použity při konkrétních výpočtech v druhé části. Zde následuje také horizontální a vertikální rozbor účetních výkazů, bilanční pravidla, poměrová analýza (skupiny ukazatelů jako ukazatele rentability, likvidity, aktivity, zadluženosti), analýza pracovního kapitálu, Du Pontův rozklad, některé bankrotní a bonitní modely a nakonec mezipodnikové srovnání.
