Network Optimization of Transfusion Sites in the Czech Republic

This thesis is about medical transfusion sphere, which has nowadays many deficits - as the other spheres in medical industry. Target of this thesis is a proposal of new equipment structure in transfusion service in the Czech Republic, which will be more effective then the existing one and which occurs a reduction of blood processing department. It includes not only calculation of basic expenses needed for installation new system and ensure operations for 5 years and comparison of both variants, but it includes also proposal of centralized managing and changes of staff secure of production process.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the marketing strategy of Hyundai CB Centrum Ltd. The result of this analysis will be proposals to amend and recommendations. The theoretical part is devoted to marketing strategies, market segmentation and individual marketing strategies. In the practical part will be using using suitable methods. In the practical part is an analysis of the marketing strategy. The result of the practical part will evaluate whether the analyzed marketing strategy is in line with the company's intentions. In the conclusion of the work are given specific proposals for recommendations for a more effective use of marketing strategies.
A study of the feasibility of business plan of the introduction of the sale of raw feed BARF in Southern Bohemia and Vysočina

The work deals with economics and technological feasibility of the business plan, which is the sale of meat to feed the dogs. The theoretical part presents the structure of the feasibility study, which then corresponds to the practical part. The practical part shows that the intention is suitable for investment as it is both economical and technologically feasible.
On-line Services in Hospitals

The thesis is focused on mapping of selected on-line services in hospitals in Czech Re-public according to their availability. In the next step logistic regression model will be used, which will measure a range of particular on-line services according to their legal form, majority ownership, region in which health organization is located, to education achieved and gender of hospital director and lastly in accordance with the size of hospital from the viewpoint of bed capacity. This thesis will provide comprehensive overview of availability of on-line services in Czech hospitals and determine which factors significantly decreasing or increasing chance of their occurrence on hospital websites.
Project of development, production and distribution of a new cosmetic product

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of a project concerning the development, production and distribution of a new cosmetic product after natural ingredients only had been used during its production. The theoretical part of my thesis describes the fundamental frame of the set of problems connected with project management. It also includes a description of methods and techniques used at the project elaboration. The practical part was elaborated on the basis of the described tools and supplemented with calculations of costs and revenues. Further on I also conducted the essential financial analysis owing to which it is possible to decide whether this project is suitable for the real implementation or whether it might be better to choose a different way of solving the whole project.
The influence of pharmaceutical industry's marketing communication on consumer's decision-making

This master thesis introduces the pharmaceutical industrys marketing communication from the consumers point of view. It is aimed at consumers perception of the marketing communication in this area and at the way it influences their choice in purchases of over-the-counter drugs. Its goal is to find out which source of information leading to the final decision over the purchase of an over-the-counter drug the consumer considers to be the most reliable one, what role the marketing communication plays in the process and what other factors effect consumers while they are choosing and purchasing an over-the-counter drug. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part introduces the pharmaceutical industry, the marketing mix and consumer behaviour. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey through which the main goal of the thesis is to be reached.
Effectiveness of price regulation of drugs from a social point of view in the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to determine the effectiveness of price regulation of drugs from a social point of view in the Czech Republic. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis for subsequent processing practical part. Theoretical solutions include a description of the objectives and instruments of health and drug policies, and a more detailed description of price regulation in the Czech Republic as a tool of drug policy. The practical part is composed of two parts. The first of them covers three models that show how you can set a maximum price of producer. This first part is the starting point for the second part. Second part deals with the analysis of administrative proceedings in which it exercised its right to express their views to the documents MAH medicine. The analysis shows that price controls are not efficient in these cases, and it burdens the society's interests. The thesis also recommendations for increasing efficiency.
Application of an Integrated Model of Management and Design of Balanced Scorecard in the Organization

The thesis is focused on management analysis of the selected organization in terms of components and factors that are then used to design of the system of strategic management Balanced Scorecard. The first part is focused on describing the theoretical background concerning the issue of the effect of the organizations administration and management. Comprehensive evaluation of the level of management is performed in the second part. Organizational performance is assessed using the Balanced Scorecard method. Particular perspectives, strategy, targets and their measurements are determined for organization. The interdependence of the targets is presented in the Strategic Map. The conclusion is made by evaluating the achieved findings and formulating specific recommendations for the selected organization.
Management of the Patients Diagnosed with I80.2 - Phlebothrombosis

This diploma thesis is focused on the Management of the Patients Diagnosed with I80.2 - Phlebothrombosis. The main objective of this project was to approach the diagnosis of Phlebothrombosis from a clinical point of view. Further identification and quantification of costs based on the specific Phlebothrombosis case studies by the Cost of Illness analysis. Subsequent evaluation of the level of awareness of the risk associated with diagnosis of Phlebotrombosis among the general public. The major outcome of this thesis is quantification of the direct costs of public health insurance associated with treating patients and the direct personnel costs. The next important outcome is a research in the form of a questionnaire survey which was intended for the general public. Diploma thesis and its results may help as a basis for a full economic evaluation.
Draft of Marketing Strategies of Czech Dermatological Center, Ltd

The goal of this thesis is to perform situational analysis of Czech Dermatological Center, l. t. d., and to design marketing strategy mainly for third and the fourth quarter of 2016, which will lead to increase in competitiveness and market share in the Czech market. To achieve this objective quantitative method of questionnaire survey has been used for mapping satisfaction of customers with the marketing mix of the company. In addition we also did clinical studies to verify the hydratation effects of the thermal Uriage water. Within the situational analysis, the external and internal analysis was performed. The results of this analysis were summarized by IE matrix and the company's strategic position was designated. After the appropriate marketing strategy was suggested, that is focused on increasing of competiveness and also on increasing of market share of Czech dermatological centers, l. t. d., in the Czech market. The main recommendations are primarily - optimalization of the product portfolio, intensification of sales promotion, development of interactive communication and use of printed advertising.
