Incidental disputes with the focus on ineffectiveness and contest of legal acts Abstract The rigorous thesis deals with the topic of incidental disputes, focusing on ineffective and contestable legal acts. Incidental disputes are conflicts triggered by insolvency proceedings, as stipulated by insolvency law, and are adjudicated within the framework of insolvency proceedings. Managing incidental disputes represents one of the pivotal activities of an insolvency administrator. This work is divided into 7 chapters. The first chapter provides an introduction to the issues of incidental disputes defined in the insolvency law and general rules for the management and adjudication of these disputes. The second chapter is dedicated to general provisions regarding the ineffectiveness of debtor's legal acts under insolvency law and the obligations of persons to return performance from ineffective legal acts. The third chapter outlines practical procedural information related to the management of incidental disputes based on the opposition lawsuit filed by the insolvency administrator. The fourth chapter meticulously characterizes the factual nature of debtor's ineffective legal acts without adequate consideration. The aim of thesis is to evaluate the current practice of assessing the credibility of testimony in criminal proceedings and reflect on its current issues. In particular, it is necessary to resolve the question of the extent to the competence of an expert-psychologist in assessing process and the establishment of basic criteria according to which the experts proceed. I have chosen this topic because it's connecting criminal law and psychology which is important for society and a highly discussed in this time. Assessing the credibility is one of usual requests for expert psychologists from investigative, prosecuting and adjudicating bodies and it is also the most common, but often the most difficult part of psychological expertise. The thesis is composed of four chapters. The first chapter deals with the history of assessing the credibility. The second chapter describes the psychological expertise in criminal proceedings in our country and consists of four parts dealing with experts, expertise and evidence and evaluation of evidence in criminal procedure. Threats, risks and prevention of violent radicalization of individuals

My thesis Threats, risks and prevention of violent radicalization of individuals deals with the phenomenon of radicalization, especially with violent radicalization of an individual. The theoretical section provides current theoretical background with emphasis on contemporary models and theories of radicalization. Further attention is paid to an individual in the process of violent radicalization, risk factors and comparison of self- radicalization of lone assailants and radicalization of an individual within terrorist group or within mainstream society. Specifics of radicalization in Czech Republic, contemporary risks and possibilities of prevention of the phenomenon are also included. As a research method in the empirical part, whose aim was to map key knowledge about radicalization in Czech Republic and experience of refined experts in this area, I chose a qualitative research strategy. Research group consists of 12 experts in the field of psychology, Political Sciences, members of armed forces and academic scholars, touching the topic of radicalization in their field of work.
