The topic of my bachelor's thesis is: "Cardiopulmonary resuscitation of adults in prehospital immediate care - process at paramedics' teams". I have chosen this topic because I suppose the cardiopulmonary resuscitation is the most recent and important matter which everybody should by aware of and not to be afraid of. My thesis consists of two parts: the theory and research. The theoretical part consists of cardiopulmonary resuscitation provided by paramedics in premedical immediate care, wich is divided further more into airways, circulation, breathing, defibrilation, ECG, fluid and drug. The research part includes the process at paramedics' teams and particular standard refer ring to a cardiopulmonary resuscitatinon in prehospital immediate care according to the new "Guidelines 2005". I hope that I have provided the reader with a complete information of the above mentioned topic so that it can be used as a study material.
The development of resuscitation procedures and a level of knowleges of non medical hospital attendants

The theoretical part of my bachelor's thesis deal about devolopement of resuscitation procedures from first written note to present. In november 2005 was published new resuscitation rules called guidelines 2005. A second part find out the level of knowledges of non medical hospital attendants who work in Regional hospital Náchod. Research was performed in february 2005. I gave some questionnaire to nurses who work in out patients'department, in hospital wards, in intensive care unites and to non medical hospital attendans who work in X-ray department.

The theoretical part surveys history, progress and shows the effort of all members of the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service. Crux of the thesis is an experiential part incurred on the base of quantitative research by the method of unstandardized questionnaire investigation. The main importance is placed on illustration of mutual cooperation and cooperation and seriousness in the care of patients. In the research investigation in the period March - April 2010 there 25 respondents-doctors and 25 respondents-rescuers working in Jihlava and Hradec Králové at Helicopter Emergency Service participated.

Quality of nursing care for intubated mechanically ventilated patients

This bachelor work deals with the quality of nursing care for intubated mechanically ventilated patients. The theoretical part of the work is divided into three parts. The first part is concentrated on the quality of nursing care and definitions, characteristics and dimensions of the quality are described here. The second part applies to the tracheal intubation and performance aids for tracheal intubation, working procedure, intubation complication and care for airways can be found here. The last part deals with mechanical lung ventilation (aims of ventilation, monitoring and care for intubated mechanically ventilated patients). The empiric part is focused on the quantitative research investigation by means of a questionnaire method whose main target is to compare the quality of nursing care for intubated mechanically ventilated patients at anaesthesiology and resuscitation depart-ments at local hospitals and at The Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation Clinic of Faculty Hospital in Hradec Kralove. The theoretical part of my bachelors's thesis deals about developement of resuscitation procedures from the first written note to the present. I also describe most frequent acute conditions and CPR procedur by Guidelines 2005. The second, emipiric part is researching about level of knowledges of non medical hospital attendants. The questionary action was proceeding from 10. 12. 2008 to 12. 2. 2009 in Regional Hospital in Jičín. The research was realized by the form of an anonymous questionnaire survey. The respondents were non medical hospital attendants from 11 departments these hospital.
Quality of patient's life with home mechanic ventilation - true story about Mrs. L.B.

This paper deals with a true story about Mrs. L. B.'s life, who is dependent not only on invalid chair but on fan too. The theoretical part deals with problems of life quality - there are elaborated life quality aspects, factors that influence life quality, measuring and ways of evaluation of life quality. The main chapter deals with home mechanic ventilation (it includes forms of ventilation, possibilities of nursing care, possible complications), it deals with the project of home mechanic ventilation too (its realization, nursing care about ventilated patient). Integral part is made by information obtained from Home care agencies. The practical part is based on qualitative research. The main goal is to show life and life quality of a person who is dependent on fan by his/her eyes. Data were obtained by nonstandardized or half-standardized interviews with Mrs. L. B., Mr. B. B., and nurse from Home care agency. They were completed and specified in assist with Mr. B. B.'s diary where the period of Mrs. L. B.'s hospitalisation is described.
The management of the staff at the process of quality improvement

The thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical and the practical one. The definitions of the process of quality improvement are outlined in the theoretical part. The process of quality improvement can be realized on condition of attracting people fully understanding its principles and being identified with them. In the theoretical part the management of quality, management of changes and its difficulties, the potential of motivation of the staff, communication and its troublesome fields, as well as the possibilities of control mechanisms are discussed. In the practical part the background of the research study is described. The results of the self - evaluating method of the workplace in the framework of the Accreditation work notebook SAK are used for the entering assessment. The main principles of the methods used in the action research the SWOT analysis, Focus Group and interviews are explained, as well as their results are shown. The aim of the study is to define the supporting and suppressing factors during starting the process of quality increase, and to create such recommendations for the management of the workplace, which improve the quality in the field of communication and motivation of people and ancor the control mechanisms into the work of people. The title of the Bacheloŕs theses: Resusciatation procedures development and the level of knowledge of non - medical hospital attendants. In the theoretical part of my work I deal with the resusciatation procedures development from the beginning to the year 2005 when The European Council for Resusciatation issued new recommendations for help in the case of a sudden circulation failure and life - threatening situations - so called Guideliness 2005. In the empirical part of my research I would like to use an anonymous questionnaire to find out the level of knowledge of resusciatation procedures of non - medical hospital attendants. In the conclusion of my work I compare the research results between the Liberec Regional Hospital and the Medical First - aid Service of the Liberec Region.
