Analysis of Economic Indicators Using Statistical Methods
Kupka, Jan ; Kropáčková, Šárka (referee) ; Šustrová, Tereza (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of economic data in the company Valeo Compressor Europe s. r. o. for the years 2010 to 2014. The result will be a set of economic indicators, which will reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the company. Usage of statistical indicators will allow to predict the development of individual quantities for the following period. Finally, the thesis includes suggestions of improvement for the problems the company faces.
Structural characterization of hydrogels at macroscopic and microscopic level
Kropáčková, Šárka ; Trudičová, Monika (referee) ; Sedláček, Petr (advisor)
This Bachelor´s thesis deals with study of use several methods for structural analysis of hydrogels. The aim was testing selected method to study structure of these gels. Agarose hydrogels were selected as model systems for their easy preparation and wide use. In this work the oscillatory rheology method was used to study the structure. Strain-sweep and time-sweep tests were performed. These tests were performed in a linear viscoelastic region, in the cross-over area and beyond the cross-over area. It was found that in linear viscoelastic region, the deformation causes the non-covalent bonds and the structure of the gel to break through. Consequently there is relaxation of the polymeric site and increase in elasticity. In cross-over area and beyond cross-over gels does not relax. The gels behave like a fluid.
Psychosocial risks of burnout syndrome of managers as a threat factor for the functioning of the organization
Bártová, Aneta ; Kropáčková, Šárka (referee) ; Lauermann, Marek (advisor)
The thesis deals with the assessment of psychosocial risks and burnout syndrome among executives. The work is divided into three parts – theoretical, research and design. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition and clarification of individual terms. The subject of the research part is an investigation, which is focused on psychosocial risks and burnout syndrome among managers of organizations in various sectors operating in the Czech Republic. Based on the results found, proposals for reducing the investigated risks and preventing the burnout syndrome are presented at the end of the thesis.
