Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením psychosociálních rizik a syndromu vyhoření u vedoucích pracovníků. Je rozdělena do tří částí – teoretické, výzkumné a návrhové. Teoretická část je věnována definici a objasnění jednotlivých pojmů. Předmětem výzkumné části je šetření, které je zaměřeno na psychosociální rizika a syndrom vyhoření u vedoucích pracovníků organizací různých sektorů, působících v ČR. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou v závěru práce sestaveny návrhy pro redukci zkoumaných rizik a předcházení syndromu vyhoření.
The thesis deals with the assessment of psychosocial risks and burnout syndrome among executives. The work is divided into three parts – theoretical, research and design. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition and clarification of individual terms. The subject of the research part is an investigation, which is focused on psychosocial risks and burnout syndrome among managers of organizations in various sectors operating in the Czech Republic. Based on the results found, proposals for reducing the investigated risks and preventing the burnout syndrome are presented at the end of the thesis.
