Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení adaptačního procesu zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy s touto problematikou spojené. První část je věnována řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci, druhá část se věnuje právě adaptaci a poslední část je zaměřena na firemní kulturu, jakožto důležitou oblast spjatou i s adaptací. V praktické části je analyzován současný stav adaptace pracovníků, v návrhové části práce jsou uvedena opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení stávající situace. This Diploma thesis focuses on the assessment of the employees adaptation process in the selected company. The theoretical part explains the concepts connected with this issue. The first part is devoted to human resources management in the organization, the second part deals with adaptation and the last part is focused on corporate culture, as an important area connected with adaptation. The practical part analyzes the current state of adaptation of the workers, in the last part of the thesis are presented suggestions to improve the current situation.
