Octave and Matlab comparison in terms of basic mathematics
Zahradník, Radek ; Grepl, Robert (referee) ; Krejčí, Petr (advisor)
How is mankind grow older, its knowledge about nature, which in it lives, is getting deeper. Unfortunately human brain in itself became short for solving modern problems and we have to help ourselves with computers and modern computerised methods. But computers themselves can not solve the problems. We need to equip them with adequate software. Goal of this work is to compare Octave and Matlab systems in part of compatibility and in the solvings of practical problems.
Electronics for muscle activity monitoring
Lavička, Jiří ; Vlach, Radek (referee) ; Krejčí, Petr (advisor)
This thesis describes the design and compilation of device for monitoring of muscle activity. You can find there a generally introduction of monitoring of this activity. Futheremore it pushes ahead process of plan of electronics and DPS. In final part of this thesis is shown summary of whole device and also there is a example of measurement.
Modelling, identification and control of robotic manipulator
Šuranský, Michal ; Krejčí, Petr (referee) ; Grepl, Robert (advisor)
Main aim of this master’s thesis is to identify, model and control robotic manipulator with three degrees of freedom. The thesis is a part of major project [17], the aim of which is to create an educational platform. In the thesis the simple PID control and the PID with feedforward compensation control is tested on the model of simple pendulum. In the next part models of DC motors, which are used for construction of the manipulator, are developed and the inverse dynamics model of manipulator is developed. This model is used for feedforward control of the manipulator. In the final part the application was developed, which allows the manipulator to be taught some movements, which can be later on, executed. For the simple control of the application the graphical user interface was programmed.
Stress analysis in parametric FEM programs
Martinec, Roman ; Vlach, Radek (referee) ; Krejčí, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on familiarizing with Autodesk Inventor Professional 2012 program and ANSYS Workbench program. It was necessary to get familiarized with working environment of these programs and their mutual cooperation. The interconnection between the two programs is described on a demonstrative case. Next article of the thesis deals with a model conversion into MKP software which was described in detail within both programs. The final part of the thesis compares the results of a stress analysis within Autodesk Inventor Professional 2012 program and also within ANSYS Workbench.
The influence of the frequency converter on the life and damage of bearings
Sukovatý, Adam ; Krejčí, Petr (referee) ; Nahodil, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the effect of frequency inverter on the lifetime of roller bearings. The measurement has been carried out on the frequency inverter and induction motor by Siemens in the Switchgear laboratory of Fakulty of elektrical engineering and communication. Data has been recorded and processed on Adash VA4 Pro analyzer. Methods of measuring RMS values and frequency analysis of vibration and current were used for the analysis. Based on the mutual similarity of frequency spectrum, the presence of the high frequency capacitive current in the bearings has been proven. To prevent this, possible solutions have been presented. In the second part of the experiment an effect of changing pulse width modulation (PWM) on vibration was examined. The goal was to make a basic analysis and to provide background material for further research.
Design of construction, control and electronics for unstable balancing vehicle
Zouhar, František ; Krejčí, Petr (referee) ; Grepl, Robert (advisor)
Thesis deals with design of construction, control and electronics for unstable balancing vehicle. The rst part is focused on the determination of requirements for the function and then design and manufacture of structure in line with set requirements, including 3D models and drawings. The second part is devoted to the creation of simulation models of vehicles using the Lagrange equations of the second kind and using SimMechanics. Also PID and LQR regulators are designed, including the advantages and disadvantages of each regulator for this application. The last part is focused on electronics necessary to vehicle operating. They are mainly power electronics (H-bridge, battery charger, switching supply of voltage board). There are also necessary calculations, complete PCB design and a description of the rmware for the this specifc device.
Design of electronics for the unstable two-wheel vehicles rider weight monitoring
Holeček, Ivan ; Sova, Václav (referee) ; Krejčí, Petr (advisor)
This thesis describes the design of a device that would measure the weight of unstable two-wheel vehicle rider and possible spots to place strain gauges. This thesis also creates instructions how to control chip PGA309 that is primarily designed to amplify signal of strain gauges.
Measuring and analysis of turbochargers vibration
Kuchař, Vojtěch ; Vejlupek, Josef (referee) ; Krejčí, Petr (advisor)
This thesis describes measurement and analysis of turbochargers vibrations including vibrations origin, test preparation (sensors calibration and installation), creation of measurement application in LabVIEW and post-test data analysis.
Determination of load force components for cars parts with complicated geometry
Bednarz, Tomáš ; Houfek, Lubomír (referee) ; Krejčí, Petr (advisor)
Diploma project is aimed to load force vector decomposition to x, y and z direction for complicated Skoda car parts. The methodology of decomposition is based on measuring of car parts deformation by strain gauges and mathematical identifation of force compoments by neural network (ANN). ANN will be trained by results of FE model simulations or by calibration on real car parts.
Desing of measuring of electric machine rotor temperatue
Chalupa, Jan ; Krejčí, Petr (referee) ; Vlach, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on temperature measurement issues of rotating parts of electrical devices. Thesis includes proposition and implementation of hardware solution, which enables multi-channel temperature measurements using PT100 sensors. Measured temperature is transmitted into the user’s PC. Thesis also includes user software solution for Windows platforms. Hardware requirements are low. System is primarily determined for temperature test of electrical devices. It can be also used for long-term monitoring of devices in operating state. Transmitter was designed with following considerations. Minimal size, low consumption, mechanical and thermal endurance. These demands require comprehensive approach to the whole system solution.
