IFRSs and Czech Accounting Adjustment

The thesis contains the transformation of the financial statements according to Czech accounting legislation of business corporations XY, Ltd. to the financial statements that are in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. The thesis is dividend into 3 parts. The first part of the theoretical basis, which explains the differences between the Czech accounting legislativ and IFRS. Selected differences are chosen based on items in the financial statements of the company, the resulting differences are also used to work in the sekond part of the thesis. In the practical part is an analysis of the financial statements of the company. Based on the comparing of the Czech and the International standards are given the ganges that are necessary to transfer the financial statements. In conclusion the thesis is to evaluate the problems and impact on the corporation.

Production of the "Cover" component

The thesis proposes the production design of a cover component used as a ventilator cover of a water pump. In compliance with the studied literature, the cover will be made from polypropylene using the injection moulding technology. Based on the technological calculations, it puts forward a complete double mould with a cold inlet. The design solution was verified by simulations of filling and cooling, and a suitable injection machine was selected as per the calculated parameters. Finally the thesis explores the possibility for defects and presents the technical-economic evaluation for the entire production.

Virtualized environment for testing the DDoS attacks

The bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of a virtualized containerized environment for testing denial of service attacks. Theoretical part of the thesis analyses DDoS attacks, virtualization and Docker platform. In the practical part of the thesis, a web application is designed and implemented to test selected DDoS attacks. The impact of the attacks is then visualized using appropriate metrics through a monitoring system consisting of Prometheus and Grafana tools. Attackers, victim even monitoring components are generated using Docker containers.

The issue of Ips typographus in the National park Šumava ?application into geographical education

The issue of Ips typographus in the National park Šumava - application into geographical education Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of Ips typographus with an emphasis on the possible ways of solving the outbreaks of its population in the National Park of Šumava. This work is also concerned with the application of articles dealing with this problem into geographical education. The outbreaks caused by the Spruce Bark Beetle are a long-term problem typical for non-native spruce monocultures that have replaced, not only in Šumava, the native mixed forests. The opinions on how to approach this matter differ a lot and it is quite hard to assess their objectivity. The method of active reading proved to be ideal when including this topic into geographical education. Active reading of texts in the geographical lessons helps students to develop critical thinking and to shape their individual opinion. The set of articles presented in this thesis encompassing various insights on how to solve the Spruce Bark Beetle outbreaks in Šumava will help the teacher in developing the above mentioned students' skills. The possibilities of further education in biological invasion issue for secondary school students

This diploma thesis identifies thanks a questionnaire investigation, what is awareness of high school students about the issue of plant invasion. In this issue has been suggested and in the practise tested model lesson. The model lesson was taught in 5 classes. The questionnaire investigation was realized in the classes, where this model lesson has not taken place. This questionnaire was divided into two parts. The first part focused on knowledge of invasive plants filled 255 respondents. In the second part questions were connected conservation with the issue of plant invasions. Also there were questions, which was determinate by the effectiveness of the model lesson. 40% of respondents have never heard about the plant invasions. Within the circle of knowledge is the relative frequency of correct answers much smaller. It was found if student's view on solving the situation around invasive plants is affected with approach to environmental ethics, which they profess.

Geoinformatics in secondary school's curriculum

This thesis is focused on the use of geospatial tools in secondary schools in Czech republic. Subject of study are mainly Geographic information systems (GIS) and Remote sensing and their implementation into secondary school curricula. Aplication a research in this area is in the centre of interest of IGU. Previous works showed, that GIS has great potential to contribute to effective learning of geographic concepts, knowledge and GIS can be a tool for display, inquiry and analysis in problem based learning. The main goal is to explore the current state of geoinformatics involvement in teaching in secondary schools and to identify how to develop this condition at all levels of the curriculum (intended, implemented and attained). In order to achieve this general objective in thesis are chosen for each level of curriculum following goals: 1) At the level of intended curriculum we are dealing with two questions: At first, how is geoinformatic's topic presented in national's curriculum of a selected countries. At second, which geoinformatic skills should be acquired by secondary school's students.
