Non-compete clauses and similar arrangements This diploma thesis is concerned with contractual arrangements between the employee and the employer restricting the employee from a certain action after the termination of his employment with the employer. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of non-compete clauses and similar arrangements in labour law, to define their shortcomings and to evaluate the current legal framework and the future applicability of such arrangements in the Czech labour law. The thesis mainly describes the institute of restrictive covenants, consisting of non-compete clauses, non-disclosure agreements and non-solicitation clauses, for which it often uses foreign legislation as sources of inspiration. In order to fulfil these goals, the thesis is divided into three chapters, which are subsequently divided into subchapters. The first chapter is devoted to the history and development of non-compete clauses in the Czech Republic. The subchapters are divided chronologically, with the essential part being devoted to the period from the establishment of the independent Czech Republic to the date of effectiveness of the current Labour Code. Strategic plan of the Zakřany municipality

The main goal of the diploma thesis is to design and develop a complete strategic plan for the municipality of Zakřany in a period of 2020-2025 including action plan for the first two years. In order to achieve the main goal, it is necessary to fulfill the individual solution steps including literature review, detailed situational analysis together with characteristic of the municipality, questionnaire survey among the municipality inhabitants and subsequent SWOT analysis. On the basis of the individual analyzes and the proposed strategic plan, it was concluded that the municipality is facing the lack of services and the slight deterioration of air quality. However, in spite of these minor problems, the citizens consider the life in the village to be very good, which leads to the conclusion that the municipality of Zakřany is a good place for life.

Financial analysis of a business with regard to its localization. Bachelor Thesis. Brno, 2016. The aim of the Bachelor Thesis is to assess the influence of chosen company on the development of given region where the company is located. Another aim is to analyse the financial situation of the chosen company using the indicators of the financial analysis based on accounting reports from years 2009-2013. Based on these partial steps was came to the conclusion that the company in 2009 amounted to an above-average of the financial health, but in the following years 2010-2013 were to the financial problems which could affect the company in its future development. With respect to the influence on regional development, the company does not directly affect the economy and employment policy in the South Moravian Region, but in terms of services represents the Tourbus, Inc. a significant contribution for this region.
