The thesis focuses on the remuneration system and employee motivation in the selected company. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical background from which the analytical part is based. The second part first describes the selected company, which is the focus of the thesis, and then research is conducted on the company's payroll issues. At the same time, a questionnaire survey is conducted in this part. Then the processing and evaluation of the data obtained from the research is done. In the third part, suggestions for change in the company are developed based on the information found in the analytical part.

This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of employee satisfaction in the selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical definition of the concepts related to the issue. The second part presents the company, its current situation and the analysis of data obtained through quantitative research using a questionnaire survey. The practical part is based on the previous analytical part and presents a proposal for recommended changes in the motivation and reward system of the company in order to increase employee satisfaction.

The second part focuses on the analysis and research of the current process of onboarding and adaptation of employees for office positions in the selected company. The last design part, based on the result from the analytical part of this thesis, is focused on author’s improvement suggestions of these processes.

The diploma thesis deals with internal communication in a selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical, in which the issues of communication, internal communication and manager communication are presented. The second part is the analytical part where the selected company is introduced and then the evaluation and results of the qualitative research are presented. The last part contains recommendations about internal communication based on the results of the semi-structured interviews. After the implementation of these recommendations, the internal communication in the company should improve.

This thesis focuses on the design of a performance management process for Figure Inc. In the introductory section, a thorough literature search is presented that lays the foundation for an in-depth understanding of performance management concepts and methodologies in organizations. The analytical part of the thesis contains two phases: an initial general analysis of the current state of Figure Inc. followed by a detailed qualitative research to identify key areas and objectives for a new performance management process. Based on the data and insights gathered, the final section formulates a proposal for a new process that reflects the identified needs and goals of the company.
