The diploma thesis deals with the environmental management of a company with a focus on waste management. The first part of the thesis contains the definition of theoretical concepts related to the issue. The second part of the thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of the current environmental system in the company with a focus on waste management, its use and management. The thesis concludes with a suggestion part, where suggestions and procedures for improving the current situation related to environmental management and waste management are proposed.

This thesis focuses on the economic and financial evaluation of M&M Finance company s.r.o. using financial analysis and the Balanced Scorecard model. The first part of the thesis describes the methods and analyses used to evaluate the company's performance, with a focus on the Balanced Scorecard method as a key model. In the second part, these methods and analyses are applied to evaluate the performance of M&M Finance. The third part includes a proposal for implementing the Balanced Scorecard method in M&M Finance, which aims to improve the company's performance.

Performance Evaluation of the Selected Company Using the START Model

This thesis deals with the performace evaluation of Pivovar Clock s.r.o. using the START model, which is based on the EFQM Excellence model. The matter of this thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical, in which theoretical terms such as business performace, performance evaluation aproaches are defined and EFQM Excellence and START model are described, as well as SLEPTE, Porter and SWOT analysis. The second part is analytical and its content is evaluation of current situation using the analyzes described in the theoretical part. In the last part, measures are proposed to improve business performace.

This thesis is focused on measuring the performance of a selected company through benchmarking. In the theoretical part, concepts and methodology related to the issue are defined. This part will be followed by the characteristics of the selected company and their competitors. A strategic analysis is prepared for the selected company. In the following, the work is devoted to benchmarking the company with selected competitors. On the basis of the previous results, proposals for improving the financial situation will be proposed in the last part.

The thesis deals with the performance of a selected company using the Balanced Scorecard method. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical background used for the subsequent elaboration of the topic on the selected company is contained in the first part. Furthermore, an analysis of the selected company is developed through strategic and financial analysis. In the final part of the thesis, a proposal for the implementation of the BSC method in the selected company is developed. Within this proposal, the company's assumptions, the timeline, the actual strategic objectives or the strategic map are characterized. Furthermore, the benefits as well as the risks of the mentioned implementation are outlined.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on measuring and evaluating the performance of ABC, Ltd. for the period 2017-2021. The work consists of three parts. The first part describe theoretical basis of financial analysis. The second part of the work is focused on applying financial analysis to a specific company and evaluating the results. The last part introduce proposals for improving the financial health of the company is presented, which are based on the shortcomings identified during the financial analysis.
