Diplomová práce je zaměřena na měření výkonnosti vybrané společnosti prostřednictvím benchmarkingu. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy a metodika týkající se problematiky. Na tuto část naváže charakteristika vybrané společnosti s vybranými konkurenty. Na základě předchozích výsledků budou v poslední části navrženy návrhy pro zlepšení finanční situace. This thesis is focused on measuring the performance of a selected company through benchmarking. In the theoretical part, concepts and methodology related to the issue are defined. This part will be followed by the characteristics of the selected company and their competitors. A strategic analysis is prepared for the selected company. In the following, the work is devoted to benchmarking the company with selected competitors. On the basis of the previous results, proposals for improving the financial situation will be proposed in the last part.
