How there could be accepted the newly introduced model of care for children, called "the children's group" among the local companies and parents. The theoretical part is trying to fulfill the first part of the goal. Čerňanská, Sára ; Mouralová, Magdalena (advisor) ; Klusáček, Jan (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with the non-formal education of children, focusing in particular on the description of factors influencing college-educated parents when choosing extracurricular activities for their children, who spend an average of 5 hours per week in extracurricular activities. In the thesis, I focus on primary school children as at this age parents are the key factor that affects children's education and they are the ones from whom the patterns of behaviour and values are transmitted. The aim is to find out what influences parents in choosing extracurricular activities, the extent to which children are participating in the selection and how parents share their roles in providing extracurricular activities. In the research eleven interviews were conducted, on which content analysis was carried out accordingly. The result is a description of factors that affect all parents to a similar extent as the child's personality, interest, age, and the distance of extracurricular activities from home. The main findings are different concepts of non-formal education of some respondents, their distinct levels of control and intervention in the selection, and various ideas as to how their child should spend time. According to these aspects, the three parental prototypical approaches were developed....

Košutová, Eva ; Klusáček, Jan (advisor) ; Kubečková, Petra (referee)
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of individual planning of a social service. The target group are single parents with children who are staying in the Shelter home in Slavic. The thesis focuses mainly on attitudes to clients that lead to meet the aims of individual planning in this target group. One of the main question-topic of this thesis is whether the social worker's partnership approach being one of the main principles of individual planning is fulfilling the mission and goals of social services. The work also addresses the question whether the management approach, which is inspired by individual planning, effective in social work with the target group. It turned out that in some cases the actual partner approach is inefficient and needs to be supplemented with control approach. The management approach itself is also insufficient and should be complemented by approaches resulting from the therapeutic paradigm.
Transmition of generalized trust
Klusáček, Jan ; Hamplová, Dana (advisor) ; Sedláčková, Markéta (referee)
The thesis deals with the inter-generational transmission of generalized trust. The generalized trust (as an optimistic attitude toward interaction with unknown people) is known as an important component of social capital and as a requirement of a functioning society. The starting point is the cultural view of the trust as the moral norm with deep historical roots, according to these theories we are learning to trust in early childhood from our parents. The motivation for the creation of the thesis is an absence of recent studies and studies from post-socialist countries on the topic of transmission of trust from parents to children. The cultural theories of generalized trust are assuming intergenerational transmission of trust largely without empirical evidence. The proving of trust socialization could provide an insight into the stability of attitude over time and space. The data from the first wave of The Czech Household Panel Survey from 2015 was used to analyse the connection between the children's generalized trust and the parents' generalized trust. The relationship between children's and parents' generalized trust was discovered. The hypothesis suggesting a stronger influence of the mother on the child's trust than the influence of the father was not confirmed. The children of...

Pulec, Václav ; Novotný, Vilém (advisor) ; Klusáček, Jan (referee)
Policy-Related Capacities of Czech Political Parties in the Field of Energy Author: Václav Pulec Abstract Energy is a field that has been recently passing through a very dynamic development. All countries in the world are trying to find new sources of raw materials and diversify their energy mix. Moreover, the European Union has been putting increasing expectation on new sources of energy meeting higher environmental standards. It is crucial that the Czech Republic has the necessary expertise to be able to react to the upcoming changes and create long-term decisions that the area of energy policy requires. This work deals with expert capacities of political parties in power in the Czech Republic, which play a major role in creating such decisions. This thesis analyzes expertise base of the three selected political parties (TOP 09, ODS, ČSSD) and focuses on their professional committees or expert teams. Expert commissions are often highest advisory body of the party and its guarantor has usually the highest (key) word in the party hierarchy regarding given issue. The thesis will explore how stakeholders join the expert committee, by examining what their backgrounds are and how they come to seek this form of engagement. It will then look at the concrete outcomes of each expert group, and how does the...

Voltage Control In Meduim Voltage Grids Employing Distributed Power Sources
Klusacek, Jan
The main objective of the paper is to compare selected modes of voltage control in mediumvoltage (MV) distribution system (DS) by means of reactive power injection provided by distributedpower generating plants (DPGPs). At first, rationale for voltage rise compensation and voltage controlin power grids is made in order to select three reactive power control modes of DPGP. Thecontrol modes are described in terms of ability to autonomous operation and suitability of their usein MV DS is examined using parametric simulation.
Bms Settings Analysis
Klusáček, Jan
Operation and performance of lithium-ion batteries strongly depend on configuration of Battery Management System (BMS). Set parameters must ensure both safe and efficient operation of the battery and it must be coordinated with specific operation profile of connected power converter. Whereas safe operation should be provided by safety assembly controlled by BMS, the efficient operation is mainly provided by superior system through connected converter. The configuration profile of battery is presented, its communication with energy system by Victron via CAN bus is evaluated, resulting performance of the system is examined and potential limitations are highlighted. A battery safety assembly for educational purposes is presented.
