Information System for Managing Photographic Orders

The purpose of this thesis is to create a web application for photographers and their clients, which will enable photographers to upload and publish their photos and clients to choose and order them. The system consists of two parts. The first is public, open to clients and the second part is administrative system for photographers. For the creation of this system were used especially these technologies: HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Apache and JavaScript. In this thesis I managed to create an information system, whose main benefit is easier communication between a client and a photographer.

Position of a pupil within the clasroom on elementary school

The focus of the thesis is in the relations among children in a classroom. It examines the position of a child in the social group of a classroom on elementary school. The theoretical part of the thesis describes, according to literature, a school classroom and pupils from the psychological and sociological point of view. It engages in psychological development and socialization of child of this age, the school as a social institution and other factors of influence on relationships among the children and last but not least, it introduces cathegories of the position of a pupil in a group. Further point of the theoretical part of the thesis is also an inquiry into a classroom as whole and into a particular pupil. The last topic of the theoretical part is intervention and its methods. A practical part follows. Its aim is to find the social positions of individuals in a particular classroom and the relations the children have there. In the period of one year, I was watching pupil's behaviour in two particular classrooms - third and fourth year - of an elementary school in Barrandov in Prague. For the research I used the method of observation. For achieving the objectives of the thesis I used a sociometrical test. The results of the research are elaborated in table charts and graphs. Využití kultivačních médií pro množení banánovníku metodou in vitro

This work deals with characterization of Musa genus, in vitro cultivation of banana plants and micropropagation of three chosen Kluai Namwa cultivars. Theoretical part comprises of genus Musa taxonomy and particular groups in this genus, then description of all the parts of banana plant, origin of banana growing and cultivars. The world most important cultivars were chosen and described together with their occurence. This chapter includes description of importance and different usage of bananas and world banana trade, too. There can be found overview of the most important pests and diseases of banana plants, ways of multiplication and advantages and difficulties of breeding. The part named Banana plant in vitro deals with specific uses of different aseptic cultures of bananas, it describes some of used practises and their risks. This chapter focuses mostly on micropropagation of banana plants, from establishing the culture to weaning and planting to the field. Third and last part describes the experiment with multiplication of three banana cultivars from Kluai Namwa group (ABB). This experiment took place at Thai university in the year 2015. The goal was to evaluate the suitability of four different cultivation media for individual cultivars and to suggest the best medium for multiplication. Two solid MS media were tested (one with the BA concentration 3 mg.l -1 , the second with 5 mg.l -1 BA) and two liquid MS media with the same concentrations of BA. As the best medium for all three cultivars it turned out to be the liquid one with 5 mg/l BA. But even when this media was used the proliferation of new shoots was low. As the solution the use of fructose as source of energy and multiplication in TIS were sugested.

Natural monopolies in Electricity and Gas Sectors (the legal aspects)

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to use relevant economic knowledge for the analysis of the key legal aspects of the natural monopoly, particularly the main theoretical aspects thereto. The interpretation is not limited to principle features, however, it covers also the related issues. The text is focused mainly on electricity and gas industries. Apart from applicable law and legal books, the relevant case law of the Constitutional Court and Supreme Administrative Court of Czech Republic has been also a significant source of knowledge hereto. The European Union legal regulations and expert opinions of the European Commission have been taken into account as well. The diploma thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is focused on economic aspects of the applicable law. It provides thorough overview concerning the model and its introduction into reviewed fields. The principal information, historical background and view of the critics are introduced. This chapter also labels the entities under the Czech law that are considered to be the natural monopolies. Studium složení kultivačních médií pro množení odrůd meruněk metodou in vitro

In vitro reproduction represents a vegetative way of multiplication, in which small disinfected pieces of plant (explants) are cultivated in a nutritious medium in sterile conditions in order to gain whole new plants. This method, also called micropropagation, is often used for research purposes and more and more often for commercial applications too. This work studies nutritious media for apricots. For Prunus armeniaca cultivars best described media are for bud and embryo cultures. Many different media were tested and it was shown that every cultivar of apricot has its own requirements of nutrition and growth regulators. In this work you can find descriptions of many successfuly used media for apricots along with responses of various cultivars to them.

The Corporate education

This diploma thesis focuses on corporate education. It concerns a company providing media planning which wished to remain anonymous. The thesis observes an education system of this company from two perspectives -- the company point of view as well as the employee point of view. The main aspects and weaknesses are pointed out. Based on these facts recommendations that would lead to a systematic approach improving effectiveness of corporate education are given.

Employee benefits in Attorneys at Law office

Employee benefits in the Czech Republic are a part of Human Resources Management developing dynamically. Companies begin to realize they should not treat their employees just as factors of production, but rather as partners they can cooperate with to achieve their goals. First part of this thesis deals with a theoretical analysis of employee benefits, describes the situation in the Czech Republic along with few examples of employee benefits packages offered by companies operating within the Czech Republic. It also focuses on Google - today's No. 1 company in employee benefits. Second part contains description of employee benefits in attorneys at law offices coupled with proposal of employee benefits package for a small attorneys at law office in Prague. It also contains some suggestions of actions to be made in order to remedy unsatisfactory situation in the company.
