Algorithms for advance production planning and scheduling
Kršák, Pavol ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
Bachelor‘s thesis analyzes solution of operational problems of production planning. Pur- pose of the thesis is presentation of operational problems of production planning and following proposal and implementation of planning algorithms in language C# on specific planning problem. By the presentation of the problematic is listed company „COMPAS automatizace s.r.o.”, which enabled implementation of the project. The thesis analyzes planning methods and process of their implementation. More specifically the thesis ana- lyzes evolutionary algorithms, expert systems in planning and deterministic planning via linear programming. In third chapter is described in more details planning program of production of coffee blends, which was provided by COMPAS company. Like a next, the thesis describes specifically proposal of solving based on evolutionary principle. The solving consists of the model of technology designed to production of coffee blends and ActionList. ActionList represents a set of rules that are governed by model. Then ru- les are defined undergone an evolutionary process in an effort to find better solution the existing. Applied features implemented in the system COMES to repurpose by the imple- mentation of module COMES Modeller are developed together with detailed description in the fourth chapter.
Learning set inovation
Hrdlička, Martin ; Baštán, Ondřej (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the modification and commissioning of an older training set. The training set demonstrates the transport and sorting of the material. It consists of a material hopper, a conveyor and a manipulator. The work requires modifications to the control board firmware, program design for PLC and physical modifications. The whole process is controlled by a PLC and is controlled by an HMI started in the simulation. The result of the work is a functional training set.
Machine Virtual Model in Tecnomatix Process Simulate
Buchal, David ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with creating the simplified virtual model of an electronic barman in Tecnomatix Process Simulate by Siemens. It describes how the model was inserted into the program and also shows a possible way of controlling it by means of the binary signals in the simulated programmable logic controller Siemens S7-1500. The selected task of the electronic barman is performed by the SCARA (Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm) robot EPSON H554BN which model was made in the semestral work. This task is represented by relocating a glass between single working cells and a skid conveyor.
GSM monitoring system for elderly poeple
Ďurík, Maroš ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
The work deals with design of system for monitoring elderly people. The final product of this thesis will be used to ensure protection of old person´s health. The device will also remind water regime, taking of medicine, measure gas concentration and it will make an emergency call or send an emergency SMS. It will inform an old person about time and date and it will also be working in case of power fail.
Optimal Control Strategies for Building Energy Consumption
Kaczmarczyk, Václav ; Horák, Bohumil (referee) ; Janeček, Eduard (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
This thesis discusses the operational coordination of electrical appliances and devices in a smart home. At present, the diminishing volume of fossil fuels and the increasing pressure to use renewable sources of energy necessitate the integration of such volatile sources into electrical grids. This process, however, results in higher energy costs, and the consumers are thus more willing to change their behaviour to either reduce the expenses or maintain them at a reasonable level. One of the relatively few customer-oriented options to optimise energy costs consists in the demand – response principle, which utilises external information to minimise energy consumption during high price periods. Assuming the constantly changing conditions in electrical grids, and thus also the varying demands, it is vital to provide for automatic optimisation excluding the need of user intervention. The thesis presents a method which, after being implemented into the control member, will facilitate the optimal use of appliances and devices within a smart home. As the behaviour considered optimal from the perspective of demand - response is often inconsistent with the consumer‘s requirements for comfortable use of the appliances, the proposed technique offers a compromise through enabling the consumer to select the appropriate strategy. Five universal optimisation models are designed within the thesis; these models facilitate description of common home appliances and local electricity sources. The core of the method lies in formulating and optimising a mixed integer quadratic problem (MIQP). The optimisation task yields an operational schedule for the individual appliances, and this scheme considers the energy costs, the working cycle of the appliance, the user’s demands, the system restrictions and/or other input data. Furthermore, the author extends the above-discussed general technique, enabling it to adopt robust behaviour. The method then secures the preset strategy even during a marked change of the input conditions, and its robustness is a viable precondition for the overall applicability of the technique in the real control member.
Demonstrative manufacturing system controlled by MES utilizing AAS
Černocký, Petr ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This work examines today's modern possibilities for production management. More specifically, we focus on MES and its integration within the concept of industry 4.0 using AAS. Furthermore, a search of available open-source MES systems and their description is performed. After their commissioning, their suitability for further use is discussed. There is also an analysis of tools for creating virtual models. The IMES application, which was subsequently slightly modified, and the RobotStudio virtual model creation tool are then selected from these analyzes. This application and tool are then used to implement virtual line control using a separate MES and to basic control using AAS.
Compiler of source code for SIMATIC PLC
Kubát, Zdeněk ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The thesis discusses an independent compiler for STEP 7 and WinCC V7.0 applications of the SIEMENS company. The compiler processes source files generated in STEP 7 and subsequently saves the processed data in .xls type intermediatefiles. The data of the intermediatefiles serve as source data for functions generating files with tags to be imported into WinCC V7.0. The compiler was created using the C# programming language in Visual Studio 2010.
Electronic notice board with LCD
Musílek, Miloš ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an electronic notice board with LCD panel and infrared sensor touch control. In the thesis I deal with the market research with single-board computers, I describe various display devices and technologies used for touch control. I also present my initial design for software and hardware, describe my workflow and the gradual changes between the design and the final solution.
Development of an IoT System for Home Appliances
Vančo, Timotej ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Lázna, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to make a research of the current state of IoT and then propose the creation of my own IoT solution for smart home. It also aims to select the appropriate components for the custom solution from which the system will compose and design an appropriate communications interface with option to secure communicate with each other. Then revive the hardware of sensor modules, actuators and control system. The system should be capable of displaying measured data and enabling actuators to control. The final goal is to control the system with voice commands. The theoretical part is focused on description of what is IoT, history, usage and near future of IoT. Furthermore, the currently used IoT classifications and IoT systems in smart homes are described from a commercial and open-source perspective. The theoretical part ends with the comparison of voice assistants and the way the text is understood by the computer. The practical part deals with the description of own solution, selection of components for modules, creation of printed circuits, designing boxes for 3D printing, creation software for individual modules for measurement, communication and control of intelligent home. Next, I am writing about a system that displays measured values from modules, creates a user interface, and controls action members using buttons or voice commands.
