Design of a single-purpose tank

This diploma thesis presents a design of a single-purpose tanker. Firstly, variations of manures are distinguished, and the possible variants of tankers with their methods of manure application are evaluated. Secondly, the filling and discharging of tankers is described according to the used pumping technology. Furthermore, types of manure applicators and materials for surface-treated tanks are listed. In the design section, the use of individual components is justified. The frame of the tanker is checked for stress using the finite element method. The work includes complete technical drawing documentation.

The bachelor thesis deals with the division and parameters of the wheel loaders. Nowadays, there is an important representation of the bigger or smaller producers of the wheel loaders at the market. According to the size, weight and machine performance of the machine (wheel loader) is there a group of compact wheel loader, which is excelent because of manipulation, and a group of heavy line wheel loaders, which are usually used in quarry etc..

Crawler chassis for a forwarder

The first part of the bachelor´s thesis introduces crawler chassis used in forwarders and harvesters, its second part includes a concept design of a crawler chassis for a forwarder based on the given parameters. The design concentrates on the arrangement of the undercarriage and the choice of suitable track and idlers. Another intention of the design is to find an appropriate solution for suspension of bottom rollers with a sufficient travel, while observing small dimensions of the undercarriage. The outcome of the thesis is a drawing of the designed crawler chassis.

Further stress analysis of pins sprockets, side panels and hook the free blocks, drawing-based assembly and important detailů.Práce calculation includes the assessment of self-locking limit.

The study and conceptual designs of automotive trailers

The goal of this Bachelor´s thesis was to carry out a study of automotive semitrailers. The first part is about legal standards, requirements and restrictions. The thesis follows with a description of particular parts of semitrailers´ constructions. The next part is about analysis of different types of constructions of automotive semitrailers´ chassis, description of these types and their suitability for the given kind of transport. The thesis also deals with a methodology of selection of an appropriate type of trailer´s construction.

Handling equipment for a car workshop

The aim of this work is the conceptual design of a scissor lift for passenger cars accompanied by functional and strength calculations. The main parameters for the design are a load capacity of 3000 kg and a lift height of 1700 mm. The work also contains a brief analysis of commercially available car lifts, design of the drive and safety device. Drawing documentation of selected parts is also included.
