Based on the results of current production is created proposal to streamline the machining technology with a view to increase productivity and reduce defective products, which means determine the material of a tool and the method of machining. The work is finished by technical-economic assessment, where the summary and recommendation of the proposed solution are.

GENERATIVE PROPAGATION OF SELECTED TERRESTRIALS ORCHIDS OF METHOD IN VITRO

We studied asymbiotic and symbiotic propagation of terrestrial orchids. There wasn´t found statistical effect of organic nitrogen in the form of pepton for examined species of orchid in the asymbiotic propagation. There wasn?t confirmed the positive effect of microelements and addition of carbohydrates (sucrose, glukose and maltose) on the germination of Habenaria dentata. Effects of various iron salts weren´t striking to stimulate seed of Cypripedium calceolus. The effect of different isolates of mycorrhizal fungi in the symbiotic propagation wasn´t statistically proven on investigated species of orchids. The effect of examined substrates (Akadama, volcanic sand and substrate Lukscheiter Orchid) wasn´t statistically confirmed on growth of species Spiranthes odorata and Bletilla striata, when seedling of them were moved to ex vitro conditions.

Visual communication, corporate identity and their influence on management of companies

In my diploma thesis I'm dealing with questions of visual communication and corporate identity in connection with company's management. At first I briefly characterize termins connected with this topic such as communication, visual communication, corporate identity. In the second part of my thesis I made a set of advices and recommendations for management of small companies, which should help them to orient in the problematics of corporate identity and visual style. These recommendations are supported by practical example of graphical manual I made for that.

Generative propagation of selected Tillansdia L. species in vitro

The plants of genus Tillandsia L. are a valuable article at the market nowadays, both legal and illegal. A lot of collectors are able to pay enormous sums of money only for having the species, some of which live in tens individuals at only one locality in the world. Mainly protected species are illegally sold. The goal of this thesis is to find out, which medium is the most suitable for aseptic breeding by seeds and if it is possible, by using this method, to help free living species to survive.
