The family house with wine cellar
Kovářová, Lucie ; Hrabovský, Kristián (referee) ; Benešová, Romana (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the project documentation of a family house with a commercial space. The building is located on Květinová Street in Pohořelice near Brno. It is a detached house with two above-ground and one underground floor. The main and dominant part with a gable roof is designed as a residential area for housing, complemented by a simple form of wine store with the cellar in a simple form. Both parts are accessible from the street. The house is three-story, with the entrance on the first floor, which includes a shared living area with the gallery above, technical and sanitary facilities, guest amenities, and a wine store with its own entrance and separate operation. The wine store and cellar in the basement are connected by a spiral staircase. The private second floor contains living rooms, bathroom, and access to a terrace. The main structural elements of the building are brick vertical walls made of therm bricks reinforced with reinforced concrete rings, monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slabs, and a truss wooden roof structure. The stairs are made of steel. The building is founded on reinforced concrete strips, which are stepped down to the level of the basement. The material solution for the surfaces is inspired by the traditional technique of storing wine in wooden barrels with metal hoops. Therefore, the facade of the main structure has wooden cladding the ventilation, and the roofing and facade of the wine bar are made of aluminum composite panels. A lightweight envelope with projecting laminated trusses is designed for the gable part of the house in the garden, providing shading.
Conatimanation of vineyards soils by Cu
Kovářová, Lucie ; Mihaljevič, Martin (advisor) ; Komárek, Michael (referee)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to resume existing knowledge regarding the contamination of vineyard soils with copper, which is mainly caused by a long-term application of Cu-based fungicides used to control wine downy mildew (Plasmopara viticola). The role of Cu as a trace element in the natural environment is discussed, as well as natural Cu contents in soils and in the Earth's crust. This manuscript is based on international scientific articles focusing on the above mentioned subject. The thesis discusses the problems of contamination of vineyard soils by Cu, deposition of Cu compounds into the soils, interaction of Cu with soil components and possible formation of mobile or immobile Cu soil forms, their behavior and factors influencing this behavior and possible environmental risks e.g. phytotoxicity, contamination of water bodies or contamination of fluvial sediments. Additionally, average Cu contents in agricultural soils in Europe and worldwide were compared with European and international guidelines and limits. Total Cu contents in some of the vineyards soils exceed legislative regulations and in case of further utilization of such soils, an additional analysis would be necessary. Key words: contamination, copper, vineyard soils, heavy metals
Legal Aspects of Consumer Credit Protection
Kovářová, Lucie ; Švestka, Jiří (referee) ; Salač, Josef (referee)
The main aim of the thesis is to analyze present legal regulations of consumer credit with respect to the present practice of courts and the practice of credit providers. For this purpose I use the analytical method, the descriptive method and the comparative method. The thesis itself is divided into nine closely related parts. The beginning of my thesis deals with general questions. The first chapter gives general comment on credits. The second chapter focuses on the most important legal rules related to the topic. This is especially The Commercial Code, The Civil Code and the laws on consumer credit. The section 262, subsection 4 of The Commercial Code is of the particular importance. The chapter three looks at the implementation of the Directive 2008/48/ES, which has been adopted in the Czech environment as the law on consumer credit (145/2010 Coll.). This law will replace from the 1st January 2011 the law 321/2001 Coll. which regulates the consumer credit nowadays. The main part of the thesis is focused on the process of entering into the contract and the necessary requirements which are imposed on the contracts by the Commercial Code and by the laws on consumer credit: 145/2010 Coll. and 321/2001 Coll. The chapter five deals with the means of security. The emphasis is put on practical...
Multicomponent Analysis
Kovářová, Lucie ; Kubíček, Vladimír (advisor) ; Drastík, Martin (referee)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Biophysics and Physical Chemistry Candidate: Lucie Kovářová Supervisor: Ing. Vladimír Kubíček, CSc. Title of Diploma Thesis: Multicomponent analysis This diploma thesis deals with the determination of concentrations of individual dyes in mixtures by multicomponent spectrophotometric analysis. The method was tested on selected dyes which were divided into two groups. The first group contains methyl orange, methyl red, orange II and phenol red. The second group consists of methylene blue, bromocresol green and thymol blue. Within each group mixtures were prepared containing combinations of two, three and four dyes in various ratio. Spectra of prepared mixtures were measured by diode array UV/VIS spectrophotometer. Absorbance values were read at wavelengths of absorption maxima of the individual dyes. Using the pseudoinverse matrix, concentration ratios of components were calculated from the absorbance values. The determination in determined and over determined systems was performed. On the basis of the results obtained by the method of analysis it is possible to determine the individual concentration of the multi-component dyes mixtures without prior separation. Keywords: spectrophotometry, multicomponent analysis,...
Jörg Haider and Austria Far Right
Kovářová, Lucie ; Charvát, Jan (advisor) ; Jeřábek, Martin (referee)
The barcherlor thesis "Jörg Haider and austrian far right " deals with the assumptions of political success of Jörg Haider as the leader of Austrian Freedom Party. From 1986 when Haider was elected as chairman to 2000 when the FPÖ became the member of coalition, the election result has been increased from 9,7% to 26,9%. In order to undestand this changing of voter's preferences are concidered the theories of far right and populism. This thesis discusses the assumptions of the political potential for increasing election results of the far right in Austria. There are concidered the facts how has the Austrian society been changed in the last half of the century including the general development in the Western Europe involving the theory of the sillent counter-revolution. There is analysed the role of Haider as the charimatic leader and the development of the austrian far right after his death and points out the topics of continuing populism.
Informal caregivers for the elderly and their coping strategies
Kovářová, Lucie ; Remr, Jiří (advisor) ; Kudrnáčová, Michaela (referee)
The main topic of this work are coping strategies of informal caregivers for the elderly, ie people providing family care to a dependent seniors. Other topics that are closely related to the main topic of this work are stressors (ie the causes of stress) of informal caregivers of the elderly, and their basic characteristics (gender, age, relationship with the caregiver and others). The main goal of the research, on which the empirical part of this work is based, is to decipher which coping strategies are used by informal caregivers (not only) in the care of the elderly. Related to this main goal is the discovery of what informal carers face stressors and what their characteristics are. The research is based on a quantitative research method, specifically on a questionnaire survey. The results of the research are compared with the findings of the authors of research on the same topic conducted in Finland. The whole issue is examined against the background of an aging Czech society. Czech society is aging and according to statistical predictions, this trend will continue in the future. These predictions indicate that the percentage of dependent seniors in the population will only increase. For this reason, informal care for the elderly will always be very important, because the social system of the...
Deformation measurement of turbocharger nozzle ring under temperature load
Kovářová, Lucie ; Žatko, Miroslav (referee) ; Dlugoš, Jozef (advisor)
The thesis is about deformation measurement of the nozzle ring in variable nozzle turbine mechanism under temperature load. In the first part, there is a brief description of the turbocharger. In the second part, methods of deformation measurement are mentioned there. The main part of the thesis includes component testing of selected measuring methods and their application for measuring deformation of the nozzle ring on the turbocharger. Test is done on a gas stand which simulates the thermal load conditions of the turbocharger, same which is exposed to on the engine.
Ověření vlivu rozpustných fenolických látek na aktivitu extracelulárních enzymů v rašeliništích
KOVÁŘOVÁ, Lucie
The aim of the study was to verify the influence of the soluble phenolic compounds on the activity of extracellular enzymes. We tested the effect of aerobic and anaerobic conditions and addition of soluble phenolic compounds on potential activity of extracellular enzymes in two laboratory experiments. The results showed, that potential activities of oxidative extracellular enzymes such as phenol oxidase and peroxidase did not decline in anaerobic incubations, and have no oxygen requirement. Potential activities of hydrolytic enzymes was not inhibited by phenolic compounds and are oxygen related or have no oxygen relationship. No negative relationship between hydrolytic enzymes and phenolic compounds was observed. In summary, our results do not support the ''enzymatic latch'' hypothesis.
