Design Process Management of the Order in the Selected Organization

This thesis focuses on the analysis of process management of a contract in a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the shortcomings and weaknesses in the process of order execution from the customer's enquiry to the actual handover of the order to the client and thus to propose improvements to the existing management. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation and the weaknesses are analyzed using the FMEA method, which serves as a basis for proposing solutions. The proposed measures focus on the development of work procedures and satisfaction questionnaire, the employment of a new employee, the introduction of a time schedule and the use of the Trello tool for job scheduling. These steps should lead to meeting delivery deadlines and increasing customer satisfaction.

The service part of the product lifecycle plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and generating additional revenue for a company. The aim of this work was to summarize the existing knowledge related to product lifecycles, the knowledge arising from successful implementations in the industry, and to evaluate the service support of specific product lines. The subject of the current situation analysis was to formulate recommendations for extending service contracts based on data analysis to ensure additional revenue for the company.

Study of Production Process Management in Relation to Orders

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of changes in the production process in the company KORDARNA PLUS a.s., o.z., which is engaged in the production of industrial polymer fibre. Within the framework of the analysis, the thesis introduces the company and its organizational structure. A detailed view is devoted to the analysis of the processes. The output of the analysis is the identification of the critical point of production, which is the sorting and packaging sector. Subsequently, the thesis analyses this sector of production in detail and presents possible solutions to the problem of the quality of the produced fibre.

Proposal for Process Management of the Contract Activities

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the proposal during the contract with the creation of added value for each activity to meet the customer's request. In the first part, the theoretical starting points are evaluated, on the basis of which a thorough analysis of the current state of the company is created. Based on the analysis, there are proposed solutions, which are described in the last part together with the conditions of implementation and the benefits for the company.

The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concepts related to the subject. The analytical part is devoted to the description of the current contract process in the company. Furthermore, improvements are proposed to improve the contract flow in the company.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the business inventory management of AQ import trading, s.r.o. between 2017 and 2021. The first part comprises theoretical background information, which characterizes inventories and their breakdown, stock management methods, and logistics. The subsequent part presents the results of the financial analysis, which is partly based on the aforementioned theory. The third part interprets the results and provides proposals to improve the company's situation.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of a newly established printing production line, which was implemented in order to expand the portfolio of services provided by the company. The goal is to determine if the production line is efficient and to identify areas that need improvement. The thesis analyses the current state of the production line, its production processes, value and material flows. Based on the identified bottlenecks, changes are suggested to improve the current state.
