Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu nově zavedené výrobní linky potisku, která byla zavedena za účelem rozšíření portfolia poskytovaných služeb společnosti. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda je výrobní linka efektivní a identifikovat místa, která je potřeba zdokonalit. Práce analyzuje současný stav výrobní linky, její výrobní procesy, hodnotové a materiálové toky. Na základě zjištěných kritických míst jsou navrženy změny, které by měly vést ke zlepšení současného stavu. The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of a newly established printing production line, which was implemented in order to expand the portfolio of services provided by the company. The goal is to determine if the production line is efficient and to identify areas that need improvement. The thesis analyses the current state of the production line, its production processes, value and material flows. Based on the identified bottlenecks, changes are suggested to improve the current state.
