Bakalářská práce se zabývá teorií zásob a jejich řízením v kontextu zvyšování výkonnosti podniku. Vychází z teoretických poznatků a zaměřuje se na analýzu současného stavu zásob a logistických procesů. Dále identifikuje problémy a navrhuje efektivní řešení s využitím moderních technologií a metod. The bachelor’s thesis deals with inventory theory and its management in the context of improving company performance. Based on theoretical knowledge, it focuses on the analysis of the current state of inventory and logistics processes. Furthermore, it identifies problems and proposes effective solutions using modern technologies and methods.
