The use of electromagnetic current meter in the discharge measurement by the velocity integration method
Jechová, Adéla ; Zubík, Pavel (referee) ; Žoužela, Michal (advisor)
This experimental bachelor thesis is focused on the use of electromagnetic current meter in the discharge measurement by the velocity integration method. The velocity integration method is based on the smooth displacement of the current velocity meter in the entire measurement profile. The method is described in detail in the theoretical part of the thesis, which deals with the velocity area method and its measurements. Furthermore, uncertainty of measurement that can be encountered during measurement are listed here. The results measured in the water laboratory are evaluated in the following chapters. At the end of the thesis, the conditions that are suitable to meet when determining the mean profile speed by an electromagnetic current meter using the velocity integration method are recommended.
Cooperation of Pedagogical Asisstent and Class Teacher in primary school
Jechová, Adéla ; Krčmářová, Tereza (advisor) ; Mazáčová, Nataša (referee)
This theoretical and empirical thesis addresses the issue of teaching assistant activity at primary school. It works with the views and experience of teachers and teaching assistants. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge concerning the work of teaching assistant at a primary school based on available literature. The empirical part is based on the assumption that the conditions of efficient work of the teaching assistant is his cooperation with the classroom teacher. In-depth interviews with teachers and assistants bring knowledge about the pitfalls and problems that a teachindg assistant can experience. This thesis can provide examples of good practice.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide compact sight on issues connected to employment termination and primarily to termination initiated by the employer. It describes ways of how the employer can terminate employment with employee in detail and it determines employer's rights and commitments which accompany this termination. The practical part of this thesis is based on two types of survey. The questionnaire survey inquired the most frequent way which employers choose when dismissing an employee. The most frequent way was then described in the fourth chapter. Second survey was the interview in which I compared attitudes of two employers from different fields of business to the above stated topic.
