Possibilities of Fair Trade: the Boost of Human Rights and Ethical Principles

The bachelor thesis deals with Fair Trade from human rights and ethics point of view. The first part introduces Fair Trade with focus on its principles and aims, further on it introduces the problematics and the circumstances of trade in developing countries with focus on working conditions. The second part of this thesis is devoted to human rights. It includes documents or their selected parts dealing with working conditions; they are contextualized with Fair Trades principles. The child labour is also referred here. The third part focuses on Fair Trade and its principles from ethics point of view. It introduces the idea of rightness, conscience and responsibility in global measures and from individual point of view as well. Protestant Praise and Catholic Reverence: The Virgin Mary and Ecumenism

In the first chapter of the thesis I would like to repeat information about the Virgin Mary in the New Testament, which should have every Christian in awareness. In the second chapter, I mention the concept of the Virgin Mary in the history of theology - since the Church Fathers, through general councils, the emergence of dogmas, the growing importance of the Virgin Mary, to the time division of the Church. I will deal particularly great importance for outlining difficult situation of the time of the Reformation and understanding of the efforts of reformers, including the reaction of the Catholic Church to the Reformation and the emergence of two recent dogma of the Virgin Mary. In the third section I will show readers the current state of ecumenism. There will be solved the basic problem if the Virgin Mary is hope for ecumenism, if it is possible engage in dialogueon this topic and what are the reactions to these efforts, including an interview with the evangelical pastor. The aim of the thesis is demonstration personal assistance as a suitable tool for fulfilling needs and rights of a person with special needs. The hypothesis of the work is that personal assistance allows people with special needs living ordinary life in the society. The theoretical part contains orientation in this topic. The practical part contains qualitative questionnaire to endorse the aim of the thesis. The questionnaire contains 12 questions and was filled in by clients of non-government organization Asistance. The Beatitudes of Jesus nad the Personality of the Socio-Pastoral Worker

Bachelor thesis "The Beatitudes of Jesus and the personality of the socio-pastoral worker" focuses on Jesus' Beatitudes and their practical impact on the personality and conduct of socio-pastoral worker. The core of the work consists of biblical exegesis of Jesus' beatitudes (Mt 5,1-12) according to various commentaries on the Gospel of Matthew. Their biblical interpretation is summarized in the section entitled Executive Summary. Practical applications are then derived from the biblical exegesis. Each of the Beatitudes showed some stimulating challenges and inspirations for socio-pastoral workers, the list of which is not definite, because God's word forms and inspires each person in its individual way. The most important practical impact of Jesus 'message for the personality and actions of helping worker remains its internal transformation in the spirit of Jesus' message, growth to the fullness of being and to the image of Jesus Christ. Pastoral Image of Koinonia in the Ecumenical Community of Brothers from Taizé

Author's aim is to clarify the content and meaning of the term koinónia for contemporary pastoral practice. After defining the term and its basic characteristics, he scrutinises it by the means of capturing the relationship between koinónia and Kingdom of God. He further observes the importance of koinónia for ecumenism. In order to find out the concrete implications of koinónia for contemporary practice of churches, he identifies its forms in youth pastoral work which is being realized in the Ecumenical Community of Brothers from Taizé. He is then able to extract pastoral inspirations from this practice for today's churches, especially their youth work. Author is using sources from linguistics, ecumenical theology, exegetics, bible studies and social philosophy. In the part considering the Taizé community, he draws from literature about Taizé, former studies, personal experience and questionnaire inquiry realized among the visitors of Taizé community from Czech and Slovak Republic. Children in a Child Home Institution Vilšany and its Compatibility with Human Rights

This thesis deals with children living a major part of their life in a child home institution in Ukraine. It compares reality of children life with the theoretical specification of care and also with legislation rights of children. In first part, it focuses on a care and services, that have to be provided by child home institution to its clients. From general human rights legislation, it points out parts relevant to Ukraine children. It concern with hospital treatment situation in Ukraine and introduces plans of international organisations taking care about child rights protection. Corporality is Gods gift

In the following work I try to grasp the theme of body and corporeality as a gift in Christian conception. Thus, in its first chapter, the work itself will go from the basic presentation of the polarity human body and spirit, the sacrament of the body and its conception as a body created according to the image of God. Thus, the reader will be able to look into the sacramental dual unity in man, the unity of the body and the soul that is desired and desired by God, and who is eternal in God. The second chapter, following the introduction of the body as an inseparable part of man, will elaborate the given theme of creation of the body to a greater depth to the conception of the created body as a gift. Here, the compilation offers the reader even greater insight into the mystery of the body through the Christian perception of the gift. The character and purpose of the gift then eventually distributes the work in its third chapter, existing with the consensus of the previous chapters, by approaching human corporeality and body through one single pattern, which is the body of Christ. On Christ's body, labor shows that, following Christ and the Church, coming out of this body, man in his body is called to the same path, that is, the path corresponding to the path of Jesus Christ.
