Design of system wiring of hostel complex, student dormitory and bar
Sladký, Tomáš ; Mastný, Petr (referee) ; Janík, Daniel (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on the designing of the systematic wiring in hostel complex, including student dormitory and bar. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part involves an overview of current most used intelligent systems. Furthermore, there is a description of the TECO Foxtrot system, which is used to control the complex. The theoretical part summarizes the basic definitions for creating project documentation. Finally, the chapter closes with an outline of a general artificial and escape route emergency lighting design generated using WILS 7.0 software. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, there is a complete project documentation consisting of all requisites needed in the given level of documentation for the construction of a complex of hostel, dormitory and bar using the TECO Foxtrot system. The project documentation contains floor plans of the whole complex, in which the power and data distribution are drawn. It also contains a diagram of wiring of power and system switchboards, topological diagram of power and system distribution, budget and technical report.
Detail design of power and data wiring of a new family house
Zejda, Pavel ; Janík, Daniel (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
The aim of the work is to get acquainted with the requirements for wiring of a family house, description of low-current systems. What are the risks of a lightning strike to the building or its surroundings. Systems for external and internal lightning protection, surge protection are described. In the last chapter, the actual design of the electrical installation and the economic assessment of the use of the system installation is presented.
Effective management of building technologies with a focus on measuring humidity and CO2 concentration
Bučko, Ondrej ; Bátora, Branislav (referee) ; Janík, Daniel (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with automated measurement of humidity and CO2 concentration inside buildings. Results of this measurement form the input parameters for the effective management of technologies reducing the energy performance of buildings. In the introduction, the issue of indoor air quality of buildings and indicators characterizing this quality are approached. The technical part of the thesis consists of making a measuring device which contains two prototype sensors provided by Teco Inc. with online access to measured data. The measurement of relative humidity, CO2 concentration and temperature in the interior of the building with the made device is compared with commercially available devices for measuring selected parameters. For unambiguous interpretation of online data, the virtual machine with an online database is configured for the created measuring device. The possibilities of using the prepared measuring device to achieve a reduction in the energy performance of buildings are discussed in the final part.
Electrical installation for a family house with automation elements
Souček, Tomáš ; Janík, Daniel (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this work is to familiarize with the implementation of power and data distribution and systems for automation of electrical installation. Furthermore, to define the principles necessary for the creation of the project documentation of the electrical installation of a family house. The first part of the thesis deals with the definitions and principles associated with safety and the methods of ensuring it, which must be taken into account when creating project documentation. This theses also deals with the conditions and selected methods of connection of the building to the low-voltage distribution network, methods of execution of high-current and low-current installation and systematic installation . The second part deals with the elaboration of a specific electrical installation project for a family house. The content of this point of the assignment is the design of the installation of the high and low-current circuits of the family house, including the systematic installation. It also includes the design of the electric switchboard, lightning protection system and the preparation of technical documentation in accordance with the applicable technical standards.
Modern building management systems
Skoupý, Ondřej ; Janík, Daniel (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
Abstract This bachelor thesis deals the current smart technologies and problems of smart homes. The main aim of this thesis is objective research, comparison of the systems for smart home control and companies, which provides them on the czech market. Selected systems functions are subsequently compared based on purchased costs. The conclusions from this work are used for the economical and technical evaluation of the most benefical smart system for a choosen model of exemplary house. The outcome of this theses is design of the smart home control system for the model household.
Design of electrical installation of polyfunctional house
Sladký, Tomáš ; Pěcha, Jiří (referee) ; Janík, Daniel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of power and data installations in a multifunctional building. This building is composed of two parts - office space located on the first floor and four residential units located on the second floor. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the basic definitions and principles for the creation of project documentation, at the end of the theoretical part is presented the proposal of artificial lighting and the design of emergency lighting of escape routes. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis there is a completely processed project of electrical installation. The project consists of all the requisites necessary for the realization of the building and contains drawings of the floor plans of the two floors of the building, where the power and data wiring are drawn, also contains the diagrams of the connection of all the cabinets and the electricity meter cabinet, the power distribution diagram, the budget and the technical report. The design of the cabinets was verified using the SICHR calculation program.
Light Sources
Janík, Daniel ; Bejček, Ludvík (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to introduce the basic photometric quantities and measurement of these quantities. Next target is to get acquainted with the basic types of light sources, including various types, their construction and principle of their function. The work also deals with the measurement of electrical and photometric parameters of nine samples of concrete light sources. Measured sources in terms of energy and terms of quality of the light are compared with each other and with the data supplied by the producer.
New laboratory tasks for residential buildings management system
Winkler, Miroslav ; Janík, Daniel (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
This work deals with intelligent residential building management systems with a focus on ABB free@home system from ABB, as well as the design of a laboratory tasks with the elements of this system for two-hour and three-hour laboratory exercises. The aim of the work is to familiarize yourself with systems for the management of residential buildings and to create laboratory tasks for working with the ABB free@home system. In the introduction of the work is an explanation of concepts related to systems for the management of residential buildings, followed by the division of systems by these concepts and research of systems for the management of residential buildings. The search deals with the selected systems that are the most widely used and is finished with a table containing a summary of the most important information about these systems. The next chapter contains an introduction to the ABB free@home system, which was used in the practical part of the work. The work achieves complete implementation of laboratory tasks for two-hour and three-hour exercises, including tutorials for these tasks.
Operating parameters of LED light sources
Janík, Daniel ; Mikulka, Jan (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to introduce the basic photometric quantities and operating parameters of LED light sources, according to which the light sources are evaluated and compared. The thesis examines effects of high temperature and elevated stress on LED retrofits and a design of measurement methods to measure these influences. According to the proposed methods, nine samples of light sources were measured and compared to each other on a basis of the measurements. Comparison was made from the point of view of the energy as well as the quality of the produced light. The results were also compared to the parameters specified by the producers.
