Title: Active lifestyle of seniors Objectives: The aim of this work is based on the literary analysis determining the design guidelines exercise program for seniors and the establishment of a unit that will include a set of exercises in a selected fit parks and can serve as a tool for instructors or seniors Method: Work will be theoretical, the primary method of data collection will be a literature research. Data collection will be available from the Czech and foreign literature and internet sources Results: Ideal activities appears to be activity of aerobic character on which seniors are adapted to them. Among the most widespread belong walking, now also extended Nordic Walking. Furthe there are outdoor exercises in the nature and on special courses - the fit parks, which are ideal places for outdoor recreation. The evaluation of motor performance in soccer in category of older children

Title: The evaluation of motor performance in football in category of older children Objectives: The goal of the thesis is to identify and evaluate a level of the motor performance of the older preparatory category in the football club Xaverov. Methods: The main scientific methods of theoretical - empiric character are in-field testing and observation. The research group contained of seventeen nine- year old soccer players of older preparatory group (9,7 ± 0,2 years). To evaluate the physical capability examined kids passed UNIFITTEST 6-60. The MABC-2 motoric test helped to find out the basic motoric level. BMI index and the sum of the skin fold thickness were both used to evaluate the body content. Basic descriptive statistics (the arithmetic average and standard deviation) and correlation analysis were used to analyse gained data. Results: The found level of the physical capability was average. Even though 10 out of 17 players gained above average value in UNIFITTEST 6-60. Young football players gained above average score in evaluation of aiming and catching abilities (AC), and slightly below average score in evaluation of the balancing ability (BAL) in comparison with the standard for Czech kids of the same age. 9 Abstract Title: Influence of Power Plate machine vibrations on m. levator ani contraction. Objectives: In my thesis I would like to follow up on my bachelor`s thesis in which I was analyzing the importance of exercise on the Power Plate machine from a theoretical point of view. I set the objective of my thesis, in co-operation with professionals in this area, to find out whether Power Plate machines have any impact on the pelvic floor contractions, especially on the m. levator ani. Methods: Theoretical part of my thesis was conducted using the research (exploration of facts) method. For theoretical input I mainly used my bachelor`s thesis which was being followed up with. Majority of studies regarding WBVT (whole body vibration training) influence on human body is available from foreign sources. The practical part of my research was conducted via the quantitative quasiexperimental method. The works was further performed with use of the explanation (empirical and generally theoretical) methods and interpretation methods. Title: TRX suspension training, creation of exercises and training units Student: Aneta Chodorová Supervisor: Mgr. Pavel Hráský, Ph.D Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to present modern equipment - TRX suspension training and the creation of exercises to all muscles parts of TRX Program. Literature unfortunately does not exist yet, and studies and researches dealing with TRX training is not much. All materials are from specialized TRX courses and are in English language. Therefore, the main task of this work is to organize, translate and write the informations, knowledge and literature related to this issue. Further, to present and also create two training units. One unit for full-body training and the other for core training. Methods: The thesis is based on an analysis of theoretical basis and has the character of a literature review, concerning modern exercise equipment called the TRX. At work, I gradually gave individual categories, I have created with the selected literature. Basis for theoretical background I gathered from different sources, which included books, professional textbooks from seminars and courses, articles and publications. The intervention program to influence the skills of balance floorball and ice hockey players

Title of the thesis: The intervention program for influencing balance skills of floorbal and ice hockey players Aims of the thesis: The main aim of this Bachelor thesis is to detect, whether a 2-months intervention program influences balance skills of body composition of floorball and ice- hockey players. Methodology: : Research, where I observed a selected amount of floorball and ice-hockey players in the Men's age category 18+. The examination was conducted by a non-invasive method with footscen test and by measuring body composition. The measured values were compared against each other. Compensatory workouts were recommended to the players in the period between testing. At the same time, outputs were compared with control groups. Results: During the 2-months intervention the research did not demonstrate significant changes at the majority of the static stands tests with floorball players. The research demonstrated significant changes in the tests FL-L with floorball players. With the ice hockey players, the research did not demonstrate significant changes in the test FL-L but there were significant changes in all other tests. Title Positioning of patiens in hippotherapy Goals The goal of my thesis was maping and analysing positions and rules which are mostly used in hippotherapy, in which is used healthfull efekt of three dimentional motion of horses back. The target group are centers of rehabilitation, which are using hippotherapy under The Czech Hippotherapy Company, actively. Method Thesis is consisted of two sections. The first is consisted of data collection from czech and abroads literature, and in the second section is consisted of quastionnaire filled by hippotherapy centers. Results The thesis deals with descripton of hipporehabilitation and evaluation of questionnaire. The hippotherapy is a subsection of hipporehabilitation, which is using three dimentional motion of herses back. The main part of using hippotherapy is professional team and a horse. Every patient, who entres this therapy is individual, and by this is cared for him. It is necessary to choose the right positions and use another positions ofr patient. The results of questionnaire shows how important the graded therapeutist is. On the therapeutist depends the process of threatment and complection of the therapy due to another diseases of patients. Analysis of the influence of beach volleyball training to young indoor volleyball players.

Title: Analysis of the influence of beach volleyball training to young indoor volleyball players. Aim: The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out expert opinions of coaches who operate in Czech volleyball, about influence of beach volleyball training to young indoor volleyball players. Furthermore, this thesis should bring information about if coaches would recommend to using beach volleyball training for young indoor volleyball players development. Secondary aim of this thesis is to find out opinions of coaches operating in USA universities about the same topic. Method: I've used method of questioning by nonstandardized questionnaire with closed and opened questions to fulfill the objective. The data obtained from the questionnaire was analyzed by the sum of the number of probands and their answers. The results were processed by conventional statistical methods, expressed in words, graphs and tabulated. Results: The results of this study have illustrated opinions of coaches, about the issue of influence of beach volleyball training to young indoor volleyball players. Abstrakct Title: Preventive measures injury of ankle joint in volleyball of junior girl's level Objectives: The aim of this master thesis is to find out, if the clubs sufficiently abide by preventive measures to eliminate the injury of ankle joint by doing performance level of volleyball among junior girls level (13 - 15 years). Next aim is to find out an information about injury of ankle joint which have had girls between 13 - 15 years. Methods: I used a questionnaire with open, half-closed and closed questions to get the necessary data. Results: Observe of the preventive measures to eliminate an injury of ankle-joint in junior girls level and finding out the information about the injury of ankle-joint on this level.
