Název: Aktivní životní styl seniorů Cíl: Přispět k problematice podpory pozitivního přístupu člověka k aktivnímu stáří a na základě literární rešerše zhodnotit vliv a význam pohybových aktivit v procesu stárnutí; zároveň navrhnout možné prostředky ovlivňující zdraví a kvalitu života seniorů. Metody: Rešerše domácí i zahraniční odborné literatury, která se zabývá problematikou stáří. Výsledky: Pohybová aktivita je v seniorském věku významná. Přináší mnoho benefitů a pozitivně ovlivňuje fyzickou i psychickou stránku člověka. Při práci se seniory a výběru pro ně vhodné aktivity je důležité respektovat jejich individualitu, především zdravotní stav a předchozí pohybovou zkušenost. Methods: Search of domestic and foreign professional literature, which handles the topic of aging. Results: Physical activity in old age is significant. It brings many benefits and it positively influences physical and psychological aspects of man. When choosing suitable activity for seniors, it is necessary to respect their individuality, especially their health condition and previous physical experiences.
