Education of Roma Women as a Tool of the Social Change

This thesis introduces Romani women as an eligible target group for the lifelong learning and emphasizes the role of women when trying to initiate social change in Roma communities. Education of Roma women can be effective and have a significant impact on the entire Roma community in case that it is implemented considering their role and position in communities, their socio economic status and their ethnicity. The thesis focuses on the current situation of the Roma minority and especially Roma women in the Czech Republic. It presents an image of Roma women, portrays the context of her life as well as the concept of multiple disadvantages Roma women face. It examines the role of education in the pursuit of social inclusion and empowerment of women and provides examples of successful initiatives from several countries. The last chapter provides advice for any future educators of this specific target group, how to plan and implement the education.
The Lifelong Learning of Roma Women

The work presents Romani women as one of the disadvantaged groups for whom, according to transnational organizations, lifelong learning should be an opportunity to improve employability and improve social position in society. Today's society is working to make primary, secondary and terciary education accessible to disadvantaged children and youth, and adult education should also be prepared for diverse groups of learners. Inclusive education should respect the specific needs of its target group. The diploma thesis, based on fifteen years of experience in the education of Roma women, available data and knowledge gained through quantitative and qualitative research, specifies the perceived educational needs and expectations of this specific disadvantaged group in relation to further education. The thesis describes the intersectionality with which Romani women cope in life, and which must be perceived as the background and cause of the barriers they face in accessing further education. The last chapter outlines appropriate methods of making further education accessible to adult Romani women. Findings captured at work can also be related to other groups on the margins of society and at risk in the labor market. Prelínanie parametrov kreativity verzus efektivity v reklame očami odbornej a širokej verejnosti

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá vzájomným vzťahom medzi kreativitou a efektivitou v reklame. V teoretickej časti sú vymedzené pojmy ako marketingová komunikácia, komerčné komunikácie a reklama. V ďalšej časti nasleduje vysvetlenie pojmov efektivita a kreativita, spôsoby ich merania, súťaže a práce v nich úspešné. Následne sú porovnané výsledky súťaží kreativity a efektivity. Posledná časť rozoberá vzťah efektivity a kreativity na základe výsledkov vlastného výskumu formou elektronického dotazovania. Zavŕšením práce je porovnanie výsledkov súťaží a dotazovania a vyvodenie záverov.
