Tema moji diplomove prace je rasisticke zakonodarstvi nacistickeho Německa. Toto tema jsem zvolila, protože si myslim, že je třeba si připominat i stinne stranky pravnich dějin, abychom se z historie poučili a předešle chyby neopakovali. Diplomovou praci jsem rozdělila do osmi zakladnich kapitol. V prvni kapitole vymezuji zakladni pojmy rasismus a antisemitismus, rasove teorie a vůdcovsky princip, neboť tvořily integralni součast nacisticke ideologie. Druha kapitola obsahuje nastin politicke a ekonomicke situace v povalečnem Německu, postupny vzestup Nacionalněsocialisticke německe dělnicke strany v čele s Adolfem Hitlerem, převzeti moci nacisty a prvni fazi protižidovských opatřeni. Třeti kapitola se věnuje nejvyznamnějšim rasistickym zakonům, tedy tzv. norimberskym zakonům, a dvěma zakonům, jež se tykaly dědičneho zatiženi. V dalšich kapitolach jsem se zabyvala dvěma důležitými mezniky protižidovske politiky Německa. Prvnim je celonarodni pogrom z 9. a 10. listopadu 1938, tzv. křišťalova noc, kterou bych označila za předehru holocaustu. Druhy meznik představuje porada na tema "konečne řešeni evropske židovske otazky" znama jako konference ve Wannsee. 1

The thesis is divided into nine separate chapters. In the first chapter, I focused on the aftermath of the First World War. Shortly after the cessation of fighting, representatives of the powers involved met in France to establish responsibility for the outbreak of the global conflict. The Treaty of Versailles imposed high financial reparations on Germany and also stipulated a reduction of the German army and, last but not least, the removal of a part of the German territory. The second and third chapters are devoted to postwar developments in Germany. After the war, Germany became a republic, namely a democratic republic. The Weimar Republic even had one of the most democratic constitutions in Europe. From its establishment, the republic was facing hardly surmountable difficulties in the field of internal politics, economy and later finance. It is therefore no wonder that the citizens, disappointed in democracy, heeded the positively sounding mottos of the National Socialists on the eradication of unemployment and the improvement of living standards for all. I have divided the era of Hitler's Germany into three periods in terms of taking antisemitic measures for the purposes of better orientation in the text. This graduation theses treats of the CRM systém for return mechandise authorization processing with support of the bar codes for the organization Digilive s.r.o. The systém should improve and modernize work of the employees and the clients in the process of attending the sales return. The systém will contain two kinds of the users. The client can make sales returns and view data about his sales returns. The employee can edit all data about the sales returns and the clients. The employee segment is implemented with the five-dimension model access data.
