Drtina, Martin ; Hojka, Vladimír (referee) ; Korbel, Vladimír (advisor)
Hurdles run technique analysis in the 400m hurdles Thesis objectives: The main objective is to compare the technique hurdles run in the race tempo on the track 400 m hurdles at the selected probands. Tasks are identified kinematic parameters separately for each proband and identify their weaknesses in technique. Method: Analysis techniques hurdles run was done by using 3D kinematic analysis. Observed space-time events were recorded on two digital cameras. Records was transferred to a suitable digital format and processed in the program TEMA. For a clearer presentation of output data from the TEMA program was used Microsoft Excel. Results: In all three probands were found deficiencies in hurdles run technique. Further differences were found in the hurdles run technique of each other probands. Keywords: Hurdle, run, technique, kinematic analysis

Chalupník, Lukáš ; Hojka, Vladimír (referee) ; Kolčiterová, Jana (advisor)
4 TITTLE: Athletic means for improving conditional readiness of footballers. AIM OF ASSESSMENT: The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the use of athletic equipment and condition methods during the winter preparatory period, especially in amateur football players will improve their motor performance and overall physical fitness. HYPOTHESES: H1: We assume that most of the measured input values will be of average or slightly below- average values. H2: We suppose increasing motor performance, by means of athletic equipment and condition methods in all players. METHOD: The thesis is prepared in the form of quantitative empirical research. This research was carried out in standardized conditions with minimal outside influence (hall). Partly been studied in non-standard conditions (football pitch). Selected set of players are adults aged 18-38 years. RESULTS: From the results we found that most of the input values of the probands were in average or slightly below-average values. To enhance motor performance occurred in all tested for certain performance remained constant or can be considered constant (in the case of the minimum aggravation). But for the vast majority of the test file, all types of tests have been progressive changes. KEY WORDS: Athletics, football, physical ability, Unifittest (6-60),...

Title: Longitudinal monitoring of efficiency in 400 women's running in the top world competitions in 1983 -2005 Goals of the work: The main goal of this work is to compare the results of the finalists in women's 400 m runs at the world championships during 1983 - 2005. Results of competitors were always monitored from the run ups till the finals and we were concentrated on the times of the runs, ranking and speed of the competitors. The integral part of this monitoring was also comparing the anthropometric characteristics of the finalists. Philosophy of the work: In this part of my work we have concentrated on monitoring fmalists of the 400 m runs at each world championship (which means 8 fastest runners). For these runners, we have monitored the performance in all the sequential runs, in the run up, quarterfmal, semifinal and the final. We have also gathered the data consisting of times, ranking, running speed and anthropology characteristics of the finalist. We have mutually compared all these data. Results: Total average age of all fmalist that participated at world championships during 1983 - 2005 is 26,09 years. An average high of the fmalist in monitored period is 171,03 cm. An average body weight is 60,4 kg. An average values for individua! indexes are as follows: for BMI 20,66, for BI...

The results were monitored from heat to final. The key issue of this essay was comparing of anthropometric characteristics of the fmals and depicting these characteristics to graphs. Methodology: The methodology of the diploma thesis consists mainly of monitoring of chosen fmalists in 400 m running from each world championship (i.e. 8 fastest sprinters). Efficiency of this finalists was monired from beat to final. The basic anthropometric data were also stored. All these parametres were compared to their counterparts. Results: The total average age of all man finalists, who took part in W orld Championship in years 1983 - 2005, is 25,23 years. The total average height of all man finalists is 184,15 cm in monitored period. The body weight ofsprinters is in average 75,52 kg. The average rates of separate indexes are: BMI is 22,27, BI is -8,60 and QI is 409,80. The total average time of all finalists in 400 m running is 44,90 s. The winners ran in average 44,14 s and the medallists 44,45 s. Keywords: Structure of sports peďormance, 400 m men 's sprints, Body mass index,...

Structure of Performance in High Jump.
Spolková, Lucie ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Hojka, Vladimír (referee)
Structure of performance in high jump Thesis objectives: Structure of performance in high jump, to monitor somatotype by means of anthropometric examination; condition factors by means of motoric tests; elements of technique by creating a kinematic 3D analysis and psychic factors on the basis of completed global personality profile questionnaires. To evaluate the results of all individual high jumpers as a whole confront and those with theory. Method: To obtain somatotype data we applied a modified Sheldon's method - the Heath- Carter method - in specialized laboratory using the WELLNESS software. Condition factors were determined by means of selected motoric tests and measurements suitable for high jump (30 m flying start, 50 m standing start, 5standing jumps on take-off leg, 5standing jumps on nontake-off leg, 10standing jumps bounding, standing high jump, high jump - scissors, high jump from four strides, shot backwards over head, vertical hop-up with run-up). Using the APAS software we performed a kinematic 3D analysis of technique. Psychic factors were observed using the psychological module developed by Casri Prague, a sport research institute, in cooperation with of Prof. O. Mikšík, DrSc. Results: As regards somatotype two ectomorph-mesomorphs, one mesomorph-ectomorph, one well-balanced...
