Název: Analýza tréninkového zatížení a sportovní výkonnosti reprezentantky ČR na 400m v makrocyklech 2004/2005 a 2006/2007. Cíl práce: Cílem práce je analýza skladby, intenzity a druhu tréninkového zatížení společně s rozborem výkonnosti reprezentantky na 400m v makrocyklech 2004/2005 a 2006/2007. Metoda: Metody popisu a auto-analýzy založené na studiu odborné literatury a vyhodnocení tréninkových deníků Drahomíry Eidrnové. Výsledky: Byl potvrzen správný vývoj strategie tréninku. |S trenérkou Kratochvílovou byl trénink zaměřen na rozvoj obecné vytrvalosti, tempové vytrvalosti a všeobecné síly. V další fázi tréninku s trenérem Grumlem byl akcentován rozvoj speciální vytrvalosti, zdokonalování techniky běhu a rozvoj dynamické síly. V tréninku je třeba se zaměřit na rozvoj maximální rychlosti a rychlostní vytrvalost a vhodnou regenerací předcházet zdravotním problémům. Klíčová slova: atletika, běh na 400m, výkonnost, trénink. Aim of study: Aim of the study is to analyse composition, intensity and type of training workload and performance of a Czech national team 400m runner in macrocycles 2004/2005 and 2006/2007. Methods: Description and auto-analysis based on the study of specialized literature and evaluation of training diaries of Drahomíra Eidrnová. Results: We confirmed a good strategy of training. With coach Kratochvilova training focused on general endurance, tempo endurance and general strength development. In the next phase of training, coach Gruml emphasized specific endurance development, running skills improvement and dynamic strength development. In future training, it is advisable to focus on maximum speed and speed endurance development and prevent health problems by suitable recovery techniques.
