Predkladaná diplomová práca sa zaoberá kritickou analýzou súčasnej situácie firmy Gorenje Slovakia, ktorá na slovenskom trhu predáva domáce spotrebiče. Analýza externého prostredia odhaľuje možné príležitosti a hrozby na trhu. Na druhej strane, analýza interného prostredia prisieva k určeniu si silných a slabých stránok, a taktiež finančného zdravia spoločnosti. Výsledky analýz sú zosumarizované v SWOT analýze. V poslednom rade sú navrhnuté odporúčania a návrhy pre zlepšenie súčasnej situácie spoločnosti.

Selection Procedure for BTU Supplier

The content of this thesis is to set up guidelines for optimal supplier selection process, through public tender. In the first part I will deal with the legal formalities and conditions of the supplier selection. The second part analyzes the current state of public tenders on VUT. In this part I will also desctibe publishing journals on universities in Czech Republic. Practical part will include application of my theoretical knowledge to prepare all documents necessary for the proper and complete the selection process for suppliers.

The Business Plan of Establishment New Company

The subject of the thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for the foundation of a new company. The company is focused on teaching a foreign languages. This thesis defines basic concepts, objectives, methods, and theoretical knowledge necessary to clarify the subject matter on the basis of which a specific business plan is drawn up. In the conclusion of the thesis, the evaluation of the effectiveness of investing in a particular idea is summarized with the help of dynamic indicators.

This diploma thesis is focused on processing intercompany directions in company quick-mix k.s. In theoretical part of thesis the term and general meaning of intercompany directions is explained as well as requirements for the development of specific intercompany directions. The aim of thesis is to revise current intercompany directions and suggest update of them, furthermore I aim to develop missing directions related to circulation of bookkeeping documents, travel expenses and the process of closing accounts.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Company and Proposals to Its Improvement

This master´s thesis deals with evaluation of a financial situation of the company Pivovar Chotěboř s.r.o. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the description of basic terms and methodological procedures, which are used for company performance evaluation. Based on the first part the partical part will be workded out. The company is introduced in the second part. This part of the work deals with the characteristic of chosen company, the description of the development of industry and calculation of financial ratios based on findings. Recommendations for improvement of company´s economical situation, based on the analysis and corporate benchmarking, are presented in the last part.

Diploma thesis addresses the issue through the recommendations and what methods would be most efficient to control operation Halls of Residence the Technical University in Brno. External and internal environment is explored on the basis of Porter's value chain analysis SLEPTE and SWOT matrix. The proposed strategy for meeting the requirements of SMART and are in line with our strategic business objective of increasing profits and strengthening its market position.
