This bachelor thesis deals with consumer behavior on the organic food and local farmers food markets in Brno. It focuses on identification of factors which influence customer behavior of farmers stores and health food stores, their needs and preferences in contrast to conventional grocery stores customers. The main source for analysis of consumer behavior was a questionnaire survey conducted on sample of 302 respondents. The quantitative survey was extended with in-depth interviews with managers of selected shops (n = 9). The data was collected within October and November 2014. The survey results allowed suggest recommendations for retailers on the organic food and local farmers food market.
Cooperation between a Public Library and Kinderkarten: A Multiplecase Study

Bachelor's thesis aims to describe the actual state and options for cooperation between a public library and a kindergarten. The thesis is focused on supporting preschool children in reading. The text is interested in developing reading habits in preschool children and describes the kindergartens, their support in this topic and the state of the public libraries in relation to the preschool children. In respect of the chosen subject and the aim of the thesis, used methods are quality research, specifically design of the case study containing cooperation of three kindergartens and the public library. Data are collected using half structured in-depth interview and content analysis of spaces for readers in the kindergarten and the public library. From the research outcome it is clear that the kindergarten stimulate cooperation with the public libraries especially for introducing children to the library's space. This action is also beneficial for the public library in the rise of readers.
