Internet portal that uses massive power of collective buying, offering your customers exclusive products at unbeatable prices.

This bachelor thesis deals with creating the business plan, focused on setting up a company, whose main activity is going to be the sale of firewood. The work contains the theoretical knowledge, which concerns the company and its connections and also includes distribution of enterprises under legal forms in the Czech Republic and the structure of the business plan. There are analyzes necessary for establishment of the enterprise in the next part. The practical part embraces the preparation of the business plan.

The theoretical part defines basic concepts such as business, entrepreneur, enterprise, business plan also includes distribution companies under legal forms in the Czech Republic, and insight into structuring a business plan. There are analyzes necessary for establishment in conclusion of the theoretical work. The practical part is focused on the preparation of the business plan itself tearoom in Kladno. There are all needed requisites of bussines plan, from baseline informations about company until financial statement.

This bachelor thesis deals with composition of business plan, leading to establishment of new company oriented to sports and relaxation activities, specifically fitness and wellness programs. During composition of this plan there was market analysis performed, followed by SWOT and SLEPT analysis for identification of potencial risks. The last part of this thesis considers feasibility of this project.

Four legged walking robot

The object of this thesis is an analysis of the possibilities of a wireless communication and a sensor‘s equipment for a four legged walking robot. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part there is a particular sale’s exploration in the section of the wireless communication modules. It refers to the differences among technologies in the methods of signal transmission, the technical parameters but also in the communication protocols. The next part of this thesis is focused on sensor’s equipment with the accent on the possibility of use for a four legged walking robot. It contains a short listing of sensors, which are available in the Czech Republic with division based on the type of sensing magnitude. These two parts make a base for the last part where I have chosen suitable communication modules along with sensors and realization wireless data transfer including control and visualization. The result of this thesis is the complete communication block from the user to the robot.

Long-term unemployment in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of long-term unemployment in the Czech Republic. The first part outlines the theoretical bases concerning the topic. The practical part presents the results of a survey aimed at finding out the the specifics of motivation in different groups of unemployed people. The work also contains recommendations for creating various activation programs, which may be subsequently applied.
