Bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením kompletního podnikatelského plánu pro založení nového podniku v oblasti sportu a relaxace. Konkrétně se jedná o fitness&wellness centrum. Při sestavování byla provedena analýza trhu, dále byly pro identifikaci možných rizik a příležitostí využity metody SWOT a SLEPT. V závěru se posuzuje, zda je návrh realizovatelný. This bachelor thesis deals with composition of business plan, leading to establishment of new company oriented to sports and relaxation activities, specifically fitness and wellness programs. During composition of this plan there was market analysis performed, followed by SWOT and SLEPT analysis for identification of potencial risks. The last part of this thesis considers feasibility of this project.
