The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis titled "Financial analysis of Sécheron Tchequie, spol. s r.o." is to analyse financial situation of Sécheron Tchequie, spol. s r.o. in years 2008-2012. The work is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes methods and tools of financial analysis applied in the practical part. The practical part includes basic information of Sécheron Tchequie, spol. s r.o., horizontal and vertical analysis, balance rules, financial ratios, economical standards, creditworthiness and bankruptcy models and comparsion with a sector. The conclusion contains a summary of ascertained results and evaluation of the financial situation of the company.

Establishment of a company

The goal of this Master's Thesis is to create business plan including draft of company strategy and financial plan and to assess viability of the business plan. The Thesis is divided in two parts: theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part maps legislation framework of company establishment in the Czech Republic with regard to limited liability companies, practical activities related to company establishment as creation of business plan, establishment budget and assessment of business activities. Last part is focused on company strategy. The practical part is focused on business plan of fictive company BEZLEPO CHLÉB s.r.o., which is involved in producing mainly gluten-free bakery products. The last part shows financial plan for the next five years including three options. Lately there is assessed the feasibility of the project.

The evaluation of company Model Obaly, a.s.

The thesis focuses on the evaluation of company Model Obaly, a.s. The main goal is to quantify the market value of the company for the potential external investor. The estimated value refers to May 1st, 2014. The yield method of discounted free cash flow to the firm (FCFF) is applied for the company evaluation. Among others, there is financial and strategic analysis developed as minor goals of the thesis. Within strategic analysis, the author has conducted an examination of macroeconomic and microeconomic environment. The examination is carried out with PEST, SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces analysis. Financial analysis includes horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, ratio analysis and an examination of an indicator economic value added. Within the process of the evaluation there is evolved a financial plan, based on which is quantified the market value of the company to May 1st, 2014.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis titled " Financial analysis of BAK construction company, Inc." is to evaluate the financial situation of the company in the time horizon of years 2008 -- 2013 based on publicly available information. The thesis includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part presents the basic tools and techniques of financial analysis calculations. The practical part contains specific calculations and additional comments on the analyzed company. As methods of study were used horizontal and vertical analysis, differential indicators, pyramid decomposition, calculating the economic value added tax, bankruptcy and credibility models and comparisons between companies with the competition.

Strategic analysis

The aim of this Master's thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of the multiplex CineStar Mladá Boleslav from a perspective of its management. This analysis provides information and suggestions for improvement, which this management can use during an effort to influence strategic goals of the multiplex, when these goals are primarily defined by management of the CineStar Company. The thesis is divided into three parts - theoretical, methodical and practical. The theoretical part consists of a definition of related notions and putting a strategic analysis into context. The methodical part identifies and describes applied methods and tools of a strategic analysis. The practical part consists of the strategic analysis of the multiplex CineStar Mladá Boleslav, which is divided into analysis of superordinate strategy, external analysis, analysis of stakeholders and analysis of internal sources and abilities. Outputs of these partial analyses are subsequently consolidated in a SWOT analysis and lead to formulation of strategic recommendations.

Aspects of bankruptcy law in Czech Republic

The main goal of this master's thesis is the analysis of benefits of the new legislation Insolveny Act with a focus fulfilling of planned effects and future development. The first chapters of this thesis are focused on the theoretical definition of resolving insolvency in the Insolvency act. The following chapters through analysis of statistical informations approaches the carrying capacity of the insolvency courts during development of bankruptcy law, including the interactions between the variables of the current insolvency proceedings. The last part of thesis assesses the content of the expected effects of Insolvency Act for the period of its effectiveness, pointing to deficiencies incurred and the actual conclusion suggests some recommendations and suggestions for future development.

Analysis of the railway line Most - Moldava v Krušných horách

Bachelor thesis deals with analyzing of regional line from Most to Moldava v Krušných horách. Theoretical essay focuses on the description of the railway infrastructure, institutions and legislation operating in rail transport. Practical essay is primarily devoted to the description of the line in terms of historical and current operations, the second part deals with the use of tourism and seeks to outline the future developments.
