Cílem bakalářské práce na téma "Finanční analýza podniku BAK stavební společnost, a.s." je zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti v časovém horizontu let 2008 -- 2013 na základě veřejně dostupných informací. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část představuje základní nástroje a postupy výpočtů finanční analýzy. Praktická část obsahuje konkrétní výpočty a doplňující komentáře o analyzované společnosti. V práci je využito horizontální a vertikální analýzy, rozdílových ukazatelů, pyramidového rozkladu, výpočtu ekonomické přidané hodnoty, bankrotních a bonitních modelů a mezipodnikové srovnání společnosti s konkurencí. The aim of this bachelor's thesis titled " Financial analysis of BAK construction company, Inc." is to evaluate the financial situation of the company in the time horizon of years 2008 -- 2013 based on publicly available information. The thesis includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part presents the basic tools and techniques of financial analysis calculations. The practical part contains specific calculations and additional comments on the analyzed company. As methods of study were used horizontal and vertical analysis, differential indicators, pyramid decomposition, calculating the economic value added tax, bankruptcy and credibility models and comparisons between companies with the competition.
